Only reason I’m giving them a 1 star because I didn’t have the option for a 0 star……. Had to wait 45 minutes, the fries was burnt and cold, ribs were horrible( the meat was old and dry)…. My friend ordered some wings and they were cooked extremely hard and they were so little…. I will not be coming

The Good: A variety of menu items to choose from. Very good tasting food. The prices are very reasonable.The Bad: The bored, dirty looking fellow with the beard. Usually leaning on the counter...yawning with his mouth wide open! His body language expresses, that he doesn't want to be there. Bored, disinterested, seems to be inpatient. He needs to work on improving his customer service skills. ? cover your mouth or keep it closed when yawning, and work on your grooming!!.

Disappointed... ordered rib plate 2 sides, p/s and baked beans also 10 wings with fries.Baked beans were hard , ribs ok, received wingetes instead of wings which were dry will not recommend or return.

Was not expecting the 45 minutes that we had to wait.. Our food was burnt and despite the friendly lady at the front..This took away from the experience.. Even though she did replace the food with something else, the joy of eating was gone. So maybe we got them on an off day.. I hope so..

$21 for a 10pc wing with two sides! They recently increased the prices without notice and the combos no longer include TWO sides. Only one side comes with the wings. No drink. I ordered thinking that the prices were still the old price, the cashier did not tell me my total or give me a receipt. Obviously, I would not willingly pay $21 for a 10 piece. That's higher than any other wings in town, including national chains. The wings were ok but were overcooked. The Mac n cheese was noodles with cheesy water. The wait time is always 20 minutes or more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

10/10!!!!! I've had numerous different items from the North Hills Poplar Springs location and not once felt like I should've ordered something else. Each time I was definitely satisfied and the prices aren't bad at all especially the daily specials. Highly recommend the rib tips and the burger special.
The teriyaki wings were what I expected and more, truly enjoyed them. They were kind of pricey but since they are wings, I was expecting it, but they were worth every penny. Great food spot!
Truly a fantastic hole in the wall! We walked in and were instantly greeted like family. The lady asked if it was our first visit and she went and grabbed us each a piping hot rib wrapped in a napkin to try. It was so delicious that we both ended up getting ribs.They have a menu but the sides for that day were handwritten on the counter and some menu items weren't quite ready off the grill yet. The lady working was so great and made recommendations while helping us make a decision. She was definitely trying to upsell us but I think it's because she actually loves their food and knew it was our first visit.The portions were a lot but the price was reasonable. I loved all of my sides which included potato salad, Mac/cheese, and cornbread. We opted for the sauce on our ribs and chicken which made it messy but it was so worth it.Give these guys a shot! Don't judge them from the outside, it smelled delicious as soon as we parked and we knew we made the right decision.
