Jersey Mike's Subs

Sooo yummy! Jamie, the owner is awesome. He makes a great sandwich and the employees are friendly! Always very clean. I’m definitely a happy (repeat) customer! Thank you Jamie!

Could not have had a more positive experience. Manager checked in with us twice. Even the staff was friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend for a road trip stop.

It’s ridiculous how fast food workers are so horrible at the most simple thing in the world CUSTOMER SERVICE and on top of that always get your order wrong everytime after you repeat it multiple times I just don’t get it why apply for customer service jobs aka fast food positions if you don’t like like the hours of the establishment idc if I come 30 mins til closing your on the CLOCK there are people out here with 40+ to 80+ hour jobs in the HEAT that get off don’t have time to cook so instead they stop at your establishment expecting to get dinner for the family upon heading home and you expect somebody to want to spend they hard earned money with horrible customer service I just don’t get it I never write reviews but I had to do this one for this establishment truly had me ready to crash out due to unprofessionalism

Wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. Just average. Employees are very friendly. However, service was pretty slow. Feels like we sat there longer than we should when it wasn’t too busy. Tea was barely sweet. Just my preference, but it just seems too basic. Overpriced. I would pick subway over this any day. Tastes better and more affordable with more options. Subway just has a better “system”. Not a bad experience, just not worth coming back for price and quality of food when there’s several subways in town. Lobby was clean and appeared welcoming.

I’m not from here so I place an order at a sub shop and when I went to go pick it up I didn’t realize I placed it at a different sub shop than Jersey Mike’s instead of just helping me and being understanding a guy who I’m guessing is the manager he was bald with glasses was very belittling and rude just because of this I will never eat at Jersey Mike’s I was already embarrassed enough as it is but he just made it worse that’s what the customer service is for somebody just getting maybe you need to rethink your management already!

It was so nice to walk into this restaurant and be greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Everyone was happy to help, serve and just be at work. The restaurant was clean. The food was fresh. I just can’t tell you how happy it makes me feel to be able to dine in an establishment in Meridian and not feel like I have bothered the server for placing an order. Koodos to all the employees, managers and owners for bringing back good ole customer service with a smile! Thank you so much!!!

Ordered take-out and it was ready and waiting by the time I made 10 minute drive to store. Server was very polite yet prompt and in less than 1 minute I was in and out of the store. When I got home I found my order to be correct and the food was amazing. Everything was fresh with perfect amounts of condiments and toppings. Neat and cleanly packaged. 100% satisfied and would recommend to everyone and I'll be dining there again soon. Thanks Jersey Mike's!!!

The smell once you enter Jersey Mike is beyond unique..it's almost like someone is baking fresh from the oven bread mixed in with the sizzling smell of meat as it hits the grill.. I can't even describe it.. I wasn't hungry before I went in, but while I was there waiting for my son's order to be ready..ya'll I promise you my mouth started watering from the smell alone. Everyone was so courteous and so helpful that I hope they stay that way.. so I leave with the hope that we support this business and that they keep that delish smell coming.. and I am out!

Every one was happy and friendly. The food was delicious. I have eaten at the one in pigeon forge several times. I was afraid that the one in Meridian would not be as good,but it was perfect. I hope it will be this good in the future.
