Worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to. Watched the crew mess up several orders ahead of me and waited 20 min for my sandwiches and was one of 2 parties in the place. Also the manager on duty did nothing to help. I would not dine here again.

So frustrated! Drive for hours and just wanted a quick meal but it went from bad to worse just trying to order 3 sandwiches. I have a picky eater and asked for a sandwich with only salami and provolone. They charged me for a #5 Vito with extra salami and nothing else! The sandwich came with all the things and when I asked for a new sandwich they gave me a lil John with barely any meat on it, when asked about it he told me that was double meat. I wish I had a photo…it was pathetic. They didn’t ring up our drinks and the manager avoided me at all costs when I was asking for some clarification about the size/small sandwich they gave me. Eat at your own risk at this location.

If there is a next time, I hope I'll get some sandwich to go along with my mayonnaise. Yuck. My wife threw hers away and I could only eat half. I find it interesting that based on other comments this is not a one-off experience.

Freaky slow. We were on the 1,000+ mile drive home from thanksgiving and wanted something quick for lunch. Unfortunately, in addition to taking over 25 minutes to get two sandwiches, they added extra mayo to the tuna salad unwich (tuna salad is already mayo based). It was so soupy and dripping all over the place that I couldn’t eat it.
I was overcharged by $15.00 and when I brought it up with the "manager" she said I was out of luck there was nothing she could OR would do. Stay far away from this Jimmy Johns! Its truly unfortunate that an employee pretending to be management can sink a great establishment like Jimmy Johns!

If I could give no stars I would. Teammates were extremly rude and unwilling to help when I was double charged for my meal. They made inapproate comments because I had broken my leg. I asked if there was a corporate number so I could call and get the double charge fixed and they gave me another local business. Do better!!
