Ordered Door Dash within the open window on Door Dash (the exact wording is “accepting orders until”), waited 15 minutes past the delivery time and called the store for them to say that they voided my order without notifying me bc the store closed. I could have ordered from another location if I knew this earlier.

2 stars for appearence and cleanliness ordered a sandwich and asked for no lettuce, tomato or onions. upon opening sandwich I saw graded lettuce in mayonnaise. 1/3 cup full. I would have overlooked this if they had several customers but at 7pm on a Friday night there was only a father and daughter ahead of me. I called and complained and to their credit they apologized for the mistake. No offer to remake sandwich. Bread was hard and dried outs guess I should have driven back to store.
