I used to live here and really enjoyed this place so I was ready to get here once I made a stop back into town but when I got there we were not initially greeted then when we were taken to be seated the menus were thrown on the table and we were told our server would be with us shortly..we waited about 15 mins and only seen one server in that area and she proceeded to continuously walk pass us looking at us but never greeted us..the attitudes and atmosphere was terrible..why work in a customer service oriented environment and not want to give it.

We arrived and were seated promptly then sat for at least 15-20 minutes before we had to go to the front to ask if we were going to water on. The server said she did not see us. We ordered drinks, oysters on the half shell, and our dinner (thinking we may not see her again for a while). After a while she brought us three dinners out of four. No drinks, no water, no utensils. After another while she brought the four dinner. Still no drinks. My husband went up to talk to the manager. Finally our drinks arrived. We ordered a Grey goose dirty martini and a Grey goose on the rocks with onions. The drinks were dark colored (Grey goose is clear). We sent back the drinks. After waiting another while, she brought the replacement drinks and it was Titos vodka. Sent it back again. Finally our oysters arrived. No drinks, no water, and still no utensils. We asked for the water and utensils and they finally brought the correct vodka, but no onions. The food was good, but the the service was the worst I have ever experienced.

Great food and service! We came from Illinois otw to the gulf shores in Alabama and stopped here for lunch. I haven’t ever had a sea food boil before, but I’m glad my first was here! There was a bit of a wait at the beginning when we were sat, but it was totally worth it. Hush puppies were super good, too.

Food was delivered sporadically to the table, like sides before main course. We asked for medium cajun but got garlic butter. We asked for extra spice but never got it. No crab crackers were available. My husband said the men's restroom was filthy, no soap and doors would not lock. Our waitress was SLOW with every request we made. We asked for a bag for left overs but never got one. We drove to Meridian from Laurel to eat here. We also had our friends with us and wanted them to share our usual Breaux Bridge experience. We were all disappointed. I have been kind with this review. When your regular customers have this kind of experience, you do not have much of a chance for repeat customers. ☹️
Food was absolutely amazing!! Portion sizes were perfect! We ordered it via door dash so can’t comment on the restaurant itself.

We walked in with a party of 11. We were seated immediately as we must have just missed the lunch crowd. The place was practically empty. Our waitress appeared very inexperienced, unprofessional and nonchalant regarding our requests. We had to request items several times such as sugar for the tea or enough menus for everyone to view, we never received and ended up sharing. There was an automatic 16% gratuity included in the check. In addition to this, the waitress did not bring back our coin change without asking, if we want it. Overall, it was a nice restaurant. It had a nice atmosphere. I could see it being a place that would be nice too visit especially in the evening, if they provide music.

Food has been down seasoned. I ordered gumbo, and it was kinda bland. My wife ordered a dungeness crab with med spice, and she said she should've ordered hotter spice. Waitress was VERY GOOD AND POLITE.
