Ordered PRETZEL CRUST PIZZA, ~GOT a regular pizza.~ $8.41~took it back to them~Was told that was THEIR pretzel crust pizza.~ I showed them on the billboard which one I wanted~Mine was sent to the back and loaded down with SALT & handed back to me~ I told them I wanted a Pretzel Crust with cheese sauce& pepperoni~ I told them I would NOT be back & told everyone in there to check their pizza before they left~ Is that place under new management?

Chris Lyons, a representative of Little Caesar’s, has been a complete disappointment and frankly a disgrace to the company. I’ve had multiple issues with him overcharging and even arguing about what was actually delivered. On top of that, he is consistently the late to deliver, showing no regard for timeliness or customer service. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend doing business with him or this local store. Very poor service and overall bad experience!

If I could give this a zero star for Service and Atmosphere I would. Went inside and was instantly hit with a very ugly rude attitude clerk who basically informed me that everything would take 25 mins or more and the only thing they had right then was either cheese or pepperoni, told with such a distasteful attitude and mean demeanor after paying she had a do you need anything else snappy attitude, that I will not be returning to this location.

Sent me a coupon in the mail with a discount code that stated an expiration date of 12/31/2024 and when I tried to use it on 11/30/2024 the app AND website said that it was expired. You just a sale.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed order for hot and ready. Said was would be ready in 15 mins. Came back in 15 minutes and our order was not ready. Told us we had to edit another 15 minutes. Will ne er order from here again. Counter person was extremely.rude.

I went to pick up a Hot and ready thin crust and a regular hot and ready. The girl first said it would take 10 minutes. Then, she stated it would take 10-15 minutes. Later a guy came out and said it would take 25-30 minutes. So much for hot and ready being hot and ready. It took right at 30 minutes. I won’t go back in the place. It is not the same place it used to be.
