Went yesterday they had a $5 off coupon which we couldn't get a code to redeem it. The waitress asked the manager for assistance and he wouldn't come. But at the same time he didn't have a issue helping the white couple earlier who experienced the same issue. I started to SHOW OUT but it wasn't worth it will never eat there again....

I wish I could tell you the food was delicious. My family came in and were sat down fairly quickly with menus. And then we sat there for 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table to ask our drink order. Our food order. How we are doing? Nothing at all. We sat a timer for five minutes after we waited for ten. And when the timer went off. We just walked out and told the hostess we were leaving. Just a sad experience all around.

My children brought me here for my birthday. The greeter was NOT pleasant at all. The waitress was horrible we waited about 15 minutes for our seats, then for the waitress to come, then for our drinks, the drinks were watered down so we asked for iceless drinks, another 15 minutes, new drinks come we had to continue to wait for our food, another 15 minutes. Now the food was pretty good my steak was a lil salty, but, I managed. I was VERY UNSATISFIED with my experience at this restaurant. Then tried to charge us for the drinks we returned. I think the servers were busy all day and when we got there about 7 pm they were tired. I don't know why service was so bad, but, I hope no one else ever have to experience what I did and pay a $118 bill. Logan Roadhouse, please do better. The food was good, but, the poor and very unprofessional service just destroyed what was good

The food was absolutely terrible. This is what we get for coming in late at 9:30 as they closed at 10:00. I ordered crab cakes and they were nothing less than hockey pucks with breading on them. The steamed broccoli was terrible, and the mashed potatoes were lumpy.

My daughter and I were driving from Texas to North Carolina and chose Meridian, MS as our halfway stop to get dinner and lodging. The dinner we ordered for curbside delivery was as follows. Country fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and a Caesar salad plus lemon butter trout with loaded baked potato, a side of rice, and a caesar salad. The baked potato had no toppings. The gravy on my country fried steak had congealed and was dry and unappealing, so I just topped it with my mashed potatoes. Both of our ceaser salads were dry, lacking the actual dressing. We also weren't given any salt/pepper or butter for the meals and only 2 of their butters for the 1/2 dozen rolls. Even though I ordered curbside delivery, I was told to come inside for my order and waited for "fresh" rolls that were coming out shortly, 15 minutes later, which sadly was the only highlight of the disappointing dinner after a long day of driving. I would have included pics but they weren't the storage space on my phone.

Food was good, beer was cold, service was god awful. Flush with staff who stood around staring at the few customers that were in. Sat at the bar and the bartender would disappear for 5-10 mins at a time would come back and great 1 group and then go back to talking to other staff. Watched a group sit down at a booth and then leave after 15 mins because no one came to take their order. Other group sat at the bar for 10 min while bartender was MIA before they were able to get a draft beer. Staff needs some serious training.

Could have been an ‘off night’ but the experience was lacking. The three people at the hostess stand were less than enthusiastic and didn’t say anything other than to ask how many, the server was friendly enough but when he brought bread to our table he didn’t include plates. I got the grilled shrimp which had an odd texture and was salted so heavily I couldn’t eat it. My husband had the salmon and said it was ‘just okay’.
