I had not been to this location in several years as my previous experiences were average. The restaurant has improved greatly in terms of food and service so it is nice to have this option as it is convenient for my routine travel path.

The person that took the order included items that we asked specifically not to get or include he was also a little lazy rude and did not seem to enjoy his job. The new nacho honey BBQ pork thing was terrible and it looked from all appearances very unappetizing the memphian half sandwich was very good

McAlister’s is the pinnacle of sandwiches and customer service. CEDRIC, my sandwhich savior, is friendly and knowledgeable and made just ordering a great experience! Will come back for sure!
