I placed an order online for two half sandwiches and buffalo nachos . When I got home and open my nachos I was shocked . Three pieces of chicken 5 Olives and chips . A whole bunch of chips . So I drove back to return the nachos because I’m not paying 10 plus dollars for chips . I was told by the manager that it looks like I picked all the stuff off and walked away . This pissed me oof to no end . I don’t steal food nor would I ever return something I picked off of . I will never in my life return to this place again . Yall can keep the chips and the 10 bucks . I just wanted what I paid for and got accused of being a liar . Great job staff

If you have any kids, DO NOT bring them here. I ordered my child a Kid’s Toasted Turkey and Cheese and received the Devil’s Burnt Bird and Slob. I called the restaurant to request a new one and the staff were nice. They made the decision to make me a new one with no charge, which was nice. However, what they gave me the second time was hardly any better. That time, it was presentable, but that’s it. The sandwich consisted of only two pieces of turkey and dried cheese. It was disgusting. It was also unusually wet. I would never choose this McAllister’s again, I was very disappointed. My child cried and threw it away. I never leave reviews but that incident made me so angry that I felt obligated to.

The food is amazing!!! The staff is friendly and polite. My only complaint is,vI wish the sandwich ingredients were distributed evenly and not all in the middle of the bread. Otherwise the taste is fantastic!!!

My Mom and I (89 and 70) stopped by on December 18 at the McAlister's on 27th Place in Meridian, MS, for our favorite sandwich when we go out of town and I wonder what happened to McAlister's. We always get a whole Reuben and a bowl (not the cup) of Tortilla Soup and it is so much we have leftovers for the next day. The sandwiches we got yesterday didn't have 3 ozs of corned beef, and it might have only been 2 ozs. I don't normally check the orders from your Delis, and I have been to several of them in TX, LA, and MS. but I wish I had because I didn't discover this until we got home, 60 miles away. They didn't even put the pickle in and I am so disgusted I'll never go to another one again. What's happening? Are employees putting the corned beef I paid for (it was a $32 order) into their own stomachs? I want my money back. And I use Google Reviews and Social Media, and I promise you I will review this on Yelp and every other site I can find. If you need to reduce portions by this much you need to make your customers aware of it before they purchase food at your business.

I am here now and having a horrible experience! Tye young lady that took my order was nice and engaging but left the cash register right after my order. Very unorganized. Brought the wrong ordee to my table without speaking...then was confused about where the order went...I sat at the table forever before receiving my orser. The bald headed waitress that brought it also sat it down without speaking and proceeded to go behind the counter talking loudly to staff that were having a confused convo in frint of customers saying "I won't be coming back until y'all get it together..I asked someone whom seem like the manager for m salad dressing whom then proceeded to bend over my asking what dressing. I told her and have been waiting over 10 mins havent recieved yet..Will not be returning..at least when I asked again Christina brought it and was nice about it..but will not be returning
On Monday, August 5, I decided to go get a nacho app at McAllister‘s to go. When I went in, there was nobody in line and as I approached the counter, the lady behind the counter left and went to clean tables. She looked me in the eye before she left. The lady in the kitchen yelled out after a few minutes there’s someone waiting to order. I looked and two people at either end of the building glanced at me and kept walking away from there. I waited. I counted four minutes on my phone, and then I walked out. I will not be back. The nacho app is great. The service is not.

Walked in may 31st 2024 the employee was arguing with a costumer about sitting in section that was roped off. Telling her she would fight her taken off her shirt and using profanity. She was getting very loud, the couple didn’t want to eat there anymore and we left before ordering because we didn’t want someone to pull a gun out and start shooting. The employee was so rude and not professional at all. I want be back. Someone made a video and posted it on social media

Your manager Shakela Greene was the rudest manager I have ever seen! She was cussing and taking her shirt off trying to fight paying customers because apparently she closed one side of the dining room down and did not want anyone on that side so she made 2 tables of people move ! And she was rude because we was dining in at 9:05 and the store did not close until 10pm and asked the other manager did you tell them we close at 10pm ! Customers should not be treated like this ! The assistant manager was called back to the store to calm her shift leader down because everyone was wanting refunds ! The assistant manager was very nice and took her manager off the clock which has no business being a manager at all ! I eat at McAllisters a lot but with employees like Shakela no one will want to eat there
