I ordered on the app for breakfast and I picked the drive thru for pick up. I waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up my breakfast before it changed for lunch. Already paid for. I live in the country so it takes 20 minutes to drive to the McDonald's and 20 back. Almost a whole hour. And they canceled it because it was 3 minutes after breakfast. I waited in line for 10 minutes for them to cancel it. Wasted 40 minute trip.

Drive through lady's testy and have attitudes they may be overwhelmed or overworked did see a twisted tea under one of their cars so could be the drank to they rush you to wait and the food still cold and garbage half the stuff ain't right or missing something is up at this place any time any day chaos!

Went this morning ordered 6 mcgriddles asked for syrup instead of jelly was charged 1.50 ..I have never been charged before as long as I substituted the jelly so I returned order and had breakfast at burger King across the street ...got plenty of syrup and condiments....a+ ßervice
