The employees & manager is the rudest employees i've ever met. my order is almost never correct. if it is right it's thrown together. the manager( older lady) is more rude than the employees!! the line & wait is the worst. when you tell the manager about something her response is always full of attitude & 9/10 she says " there's nothing we can do".

Did you want MacDonalds?Consistency of products.Take advantage of the two order lanes and fold back into single file, like a pack of cards. One of the fastest experiences, considering the volume of customers at peak hours.The service is fast and the food is McDonalds.They always leave me satisfied.Never eaten inside, but I'll bet it is servicable.

I went through the drive-through. I ❤️ their breakfast meals, but the service in the mornings is often soooo slow. I purchased the pancakes and sausage.

I went thru the drive-thru & ordered hotcakes & sausage, hashbrown & a Frappe. I was told to pull up because frappe wasn't ready. I waited 5 or more minutes. Went in the restaurant they had forgotten I ordered it. It took them 1 min to make. The problem was...it's wasn't that
Out of all the McDonalds in Meridian, this is the worst. Customer service would be rated a zero. They should have there employees go through customer service sessions. I see why Chick filet is so successful. They look at the screen and make fun of customers. Seems like to me, they are not busy enough. North hills area is considered to be the best in Meridian but the McDonalds on North hills street is the worst out of all the McDonalds in Meridian.
