Horrible customer service! Workers are so rude when taking your order and their facial expressions are practically hostile. To top it off they get your order completely wrong. Won’t be back to this location. Waste of time and money

After waiting 25 minutes for a big mac and mcchicken, we had to call them and remind them we were still waiting. We were told they had to make our order. Fries were cold. An overload of sauce on both sandwiches. Not good.

We waited 25 minutes for 2 bagels. Went inside to try and get our order and it was a disaster. Employees yelling at each other and a line waiting for food. Don’t go here. We left without our food and no refund.

Very long wait time in the evening. At least it was clean.
The place it self is not cleaned up morning and night shifts managers are useless and don’t care about workers and always backed up definitely shoulda been shut down

Sat in the drive thru line for 32 mins for 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 chickens and lrg sweet tea
3 stars bc you have to ask for jelly and ketchup and they still don’t give it to you.. All I want is for you all to consider your customers as you would when you eat your own meals.. Do you guys eat without condiments and napkins? Be considerate.. Supervisors encourage your staff to eat without napkins and condiments today.. I come here often and even if you ask once you’re pulled up it’s completely forgotten… I understand corporate made us ask now bc they lose too much money on it probably but when we ask PLEASE don’t forget … Does corporate know y’all are pulling people up to cut time and forgetting about them.. let’s stop pulling up and show the true performance…
