Employees were nice but no one bothered to tell us they had no ketchup!Spent $50 and had to go inside to ask for ketchup only to be told they were out. Would have been nice to know before I ordered!!
Terrible customer service. They left part of my order off. After making me wait for ten minutes, basically accused me of having it. As if I went through the effort of scamming a chicken sandwich. AVOID.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. From the one taking your order to the one giving you your order, the staff is so rude with no people skills what so ever. Not sure how some of these people even got jobs working with the public. And you can't even get your food because everyone is on the phone. And, of course, you can't find any cooperate numbers to call and complain because heck, they don't want to listen to it either. McDonald's, you have got to do better than this. You use to be a friendly place that people wanted to go to. But now, it is a disgrace. Find people who want to work and know how to at least be halfway nice. ?
