One of the best ribeye I have had in a while. Cooked just right, not to heavy with the seasoning. Our waitress was great , funny and took good care of our big group like a champ.

1st off, the parking is a legitimate nightmare. The building has the old restaurant name with a 'Diamond Bob and Mrs. Donna' above it. 2 hour wait. We had a party of 8 and expected a wait, they said 1 hour, we waited for 2 hours. They have a small seating area but it was overfilled with waiting customers. Parties of 2 and 4 whisked in quickly. The wait for food(nothing exotic, steak and potatoes) was 2 hour. Waitress never refilled drinks or cleared table once. Food was less than mediocre. Salad bar was unstocked with wet lettuce, no crackers and salty lukewarm soup. Waitress ran off twice, with no explanation during ordering. My feet stuck to the hatd floor (half was carpeted.) Appetizers appeared with no plates. Fries were dark brown and oily/limp. Steak was cold and cooked too rare or too well. Definitely a very disappointing visit. I'd never go back or recommend this place.

There's so much to be said about this establishment but I'll reserve most of those words and use Verbally. The food is Not as good as I was supposedly led to believe. Now, the staff was Not giving a welcoming vibe on either of my visits...and this came from three separate visits of me wanting to confirm my thoughts and feelings of what I was descerning on every occasion. In summary, I could never visit this place again and feel obligated to inform those that speak highly of this establishment of my personal observances. Not Recommended!!

Worst service, bad food and rude wait staff. They intentionally leave the phone off the hook so you can't call them. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I encourage everyone to eat at the rustler where they value the customer.
Service was slow. Took 20 mins just to get our drinks. Food came out and steaks was not cooked right and was tough and cold.

I read the reviews and was excited to eat here. After waiting almost two hours for our food, it was very disappointing. The ribeyes were maybe a quarter of an inch, no taste and overcooked. The fries were room temperature. The baked potato was good and hot. I like to support local restaurants but will not come back here again.
