Took a really long time to get food. Obvious that the food had set in “the window” for a while. Daughter ordered a pasta that comes with Chicken and Shrimp. We asked if she could get shrimp only. Waitress said sure. Pasta came with the same amount of shrimp that it would have came with if it had chicken too. They did not subtract any cost from the menu price. Meridian MS manages to ruin every resteraunt, does not matter how good the chain usually is. Once it settles into Meridian you will have a bad opinion of it. For the price to eat one would expect better service and better tasting food.

I was there a few Sundays ago with my daughters and my grandson. We were seated fairly quickly but we were seated next to a big party (they had 12+adults and that wasn’t counting children). Everything was going great until this party began to wrap things up. There were numerous bill questions and then the food complaints came. The manager came out once and our waiter had to field ALL these complaints by himself. After we ate our meal it took me 45 minutes to get my check. I waited patiently because this young man was going through it and no one was helping. They complained about everything, even having to pay the gratuity because of their policy. They even complained about a person who left in their party that didn’t get their salad. I knew they took off some of the gratuity, which was unfair to this gentleman. I gave him double because of what this party put this gentleman through. He apologized profusely to me but I told him that it wasn’t his fault. Outback needs to help their people who have big parties especially if they are fielding complaints because he left us to take care of them.

The food were served to me cold and it was not good food
Absolutely loved it!! Drove all the way from Alabama to eat here with my family. Our food was cooked to perfection and our waitress, we absolutely loved her!! I was sceptic at first due to a couple weeks ago having a bad experience with red lobster but this place is mighty fine. Will recommend to anyone.

We were a large party and we received excellent fast, service. The restaurant was well staffed and seemed well managed. All of our orders were correct and hot on delivery. Our server was a young man named Chris!!

Came here with my family from out of town. We had a horrible experience. Our waiter was 👎. She handed us our menus so I kindly asked our waiter can they have some crayons. She responded let me go get some. My husband literally watched our waiter go around the corner and act like she was looking for some which she didn’t even look… just to come back and say they don’t have any (First red flag) She acted like we were bothering her the whole time. Never asked if we wanted refills. Constantly forgetting to give us stuff like our straws and sides. At this point we don’t feel welcomed at all. Our family is a biracial family and she made us feel like we didn’t belong there. we noticed that the other people she was waiting on were receiving better service than us. I’m not sure if this waitress is racist but she came off that way. the way she did my family is not okay and should not be in the service industry if you’re discriminating against the people you wait on. The cherry on top is that the food was terrible . My kids ordered the steak and macaroni. My kids didn’t want to eat because the steak was hard and macaroni was too salty. My husband ordered the NY strip and said his steak tasted like lighter fluid, the fries were overly salty. I personally ordered the salmon with mushrooms and shrimp which was better than everything else that was served. From someone that’s not from this area if you are passing through like us just keep going.

We were seated and I almost slipped on the grease covered floors. Walked back to the men's room and the slick as snot floors were worse. The restroom was more disgusting than a truck stop. I went back to the table, canceled our drink order and left for Logan's Steakhouse basically across the street. HIGHLY disappointed is an understatement.

The restaurant was filthy. Menus had food on them. Blooming Onion was overcooked and had a nasty greasy taste. Couldn't eat much of it. Never got a napkin or utensils until after our salad arrived. We had to ask and wait for them. The salad was the only good thing good until our free dessert. When our meal finally showed up. Mine was satisfactory. It had its good parts and some bad parts. It was what I ordered. However, my hubby's was not. They swore up and down that it was a ribeye steak. Oh hell no. I know a New York strip when I see one. It was totally inedible. Rawhide would be easier to eat. The manager was called over. She comped my hubby's meal and the onion. She gave us free dessert also. This is our second time to get crappy service and food. We will not be going back.
