It's not like I remembered. The food was meh, and the service was just okay. It was entertaining during our 45-minute wait to watch the owner count his cash receipts and ignore the sloooow kitchen. Good place to avoid; we will.

⬆️ That review up there was 6 years ago So I feel like it's time for a new review. The first thing is the price.I spent $ 20 for this meal. Sausage very cheap taste like bologna and baked beans SMH taste like pork and beans. Ribs are very good but so small couldn't barely get meat off of them. But the workers are very nice.

Amazing. Food was delicious. Tender, sweet and savory. I don't usually care for most places biscuits. I took my husband's even. Portion size was big enough he was full and he's a bigger guy. Everything is fresh. The Greens. Yes. I got 2 of the helpings for the sides. I loved it. All of it. It will be put on the return when I want good bbq and am in town.

I am a regular customer and love this place but today was the first time being disappointed. This is definitely not the ribs I was expecting nor normalized to. Still love you guys but yeah my lunch was kinda ruined today.

Pretty good food. Nice smell when you walk in if it didn't hit you before. Pulled Pork should be renamed Chopped Pork cause it is and won't stay on the sandwich. really need to teach basic customer skills and how to make change because I walked out to save me from an episode when the woman said I gave her a 5 yet gave her a 10. I told her when they count down the register and it's $5 over, enjoy that as your lunch. it's not the first time, probably will be the last though.

Cashiers are friendly on the store side but can't say the same about the restaurant side. We stop at least 3 to 4 times a week because it's convenient when we work in the area to something to eat and drink but it's gotten to the point where we hate to stop for something to eat because the lady that takes your order has an attitude every single time as if we are a nuisance by ordering food. She has a smart mouth for lack of better terms and God forbid if you order something that's not already cooked, its a problem!! Saying things like its gonna take a while to make that and you'll have to wait or if you order fries, she'll say "Size" and glare at you like she hates to even deal with you! So if you go in there, be prepared to deal with her! She's obviously miserable with her job!!
I came in to get food. The person taking the order was cool. I specifically asked for fresh food. The woman fixed the plate intentionally gave out old food. When I addressed the issue she just sat there and said they cut the meat in the morning- so you know the food will dry out. She did not try to accommodate or try to resolve the issue.I asked for a manager and she was glad to say the manager is not here. My husband received fresh meat.Poor customer service, if you want fresh food you gotta get here when it opens. I don’t recommend this place unless this is a last resort and then be cautious.

We got 2 BBQ sandwiches, 2 orders of fries, and an order of okra. Almost 30 bucks and every bit of it went in the trash. They claimed we were waiting on fries to cook but they were so cold when we finally got them(15 minutes later), the meat was gross, and the BBQ sauce wasn't even enough to cover a quarter of the meat. Overall do not recommend. Wasted money
