I just tried to order a pizza by phone. First of all I was on hold forever. Next the young lady acted like she couldn't hear me and then proceeds to tell me that they don't deliver in my area. Ive lived hear for the last five years and has received delivery from Pizza Hut. She was very rude and argumentive. She tells me that I asked abt delivery. At first I did only because of Covid 19. They only did curbside carryout for months

Pulled up to this store to get a pizza that was supposedly done...waited 20 minutes plus to wind my way around the store to the pickup window. Pizza was cold by the time I got it. What a mess...let’s see, blame it on no help or the coronavirus.

I use this location a lot but the last few times there has been a noticeable difference in service. I ask one of the workers if there have been a change in management. Her answer was a simple ‘yes.’ I ordered my pizza at 3:46 for a pick up at 5:00 pm. I was finally able to pick up my pizza at 5:35. The email that I have received from Pizza Hut says, ‘Your order will be ready for carry out on April 30, 5:00 pm.’

I am so upset I have been coming to this Pizza Hut weekly if not every other week I’m always greeted by name at the window. Today I sat in the drive through for 35minutes my pizzas had little to no marinara sauce and my cheesticks had no marinara sauce at all. I am extremely disappointed!

Waited over 45 mins for our pizza after we paid. Was told to pull to the side. Had to call inside and ask if it was ready. Drive thru is extremely terrible service.

I was on the phone wanting to order I was told I was two behind... drive up to the drive through window said I’m on the phone but can y’all take my order.... so I hung up they said cause it was 903 I couldn’t order... I was on the phone with them sense 855.... the girl was so rude refused took take my order but refused to.... said they couldn’t take orders past nine drive back by at 915 there still shoving out orders.... very disappointed....
