Most raciest place I,ve been in. I stood at the counter for about 20 min and nobody would wait on me, when I was leaving I heard one of them ask what is he doing.If this continues there is going to be trouble.

Food was old hard and nasty

Services was very poor, food was mediocre, didn't get my order right, had to wait for 20 mins to get my fries, chicken was done cold!!! Workers were not accommodating! If I could give a negative 10 I would!!

Too bad cannot leave less than a star… ordered in the app with no special requests. Waited the allotted time and order was not ready. Stood at front counter and no one spoke to us! I went to to bathroom immediately after an employee and found no toilet paper or paper towels, her hands were completely dry and it was obvious sink had not been used
She then handled food!
Missing tenders and the mashed potatoes were cold

The only thing positive I can say about this location is that the restroom was at least clean. The staff was rude. Valerie working the front counter was as rude and impersonal of a person I’ve ever met in a restaurant. They hardly even have the right food that they are known for cooking which is chicken. The manager didn’t even seem to give a flip either. I will never come back to this location and would encourage everybody to stay away if the staff is gonna behave like this.

I placed an order online and they didn’t not want to give me my order it’s 9:50. They close at 11. They made me go around the drive through 2 times and they did not want to make my food. The worst customer service and worst Popeyes!

I am here now 12/21/24. The place is super duper busy. The staff is all working hard, and still pleasant at the counter. My chicken was delish..

Pulled up front after drive through, waited 30-40 minutes. They were all out of sauces. Everyone was rude, and the guy running food to cars had to ask each car “what’s your order again” when he came outside. Needless to say, my husband and I decided to leave cause we knew the food would be awful. DONT GO HERE!
