Two weeks ago, ordered a Shrimp Tacklebox Combo at drive-through. Said not cooking shrimp today, so I left. Today Mobile apped an order of Shrimp Tacklebox, Fried Chicken, and a Chicken Strips Dinner. Got the shrimp and chicken strips, but no 4 piece fried chicken. I asked and they then gave me the chicken, but no sauce for anything. Asked for tartar sauce, Mardi Gras Mustard, and hot sauce packets for the fried chicken, nothing. Parked and went back in to try to get sauce, “Sorry, out of everything.”

Whenever I come to Popeye's I always order the same thing..I guess you could call me a creature of habit..so anyway, I order my usual, get to the window and I pay..getting a little excited 'cause I about to eat some chicken..arrive home open box and instead of my usual is a big piece of breast staring up at me ..naturally I am shook..cause where is my usual piece of chicken that I always order..it's not here..so do I eat the big piece of chicken..of course I do..my mom didn't raise no fool..But Popeye's you disappointed me.

Yuck. We were doing a roadtrip from Nashville to NOLA and stopped in for a bite to eat. Staff are rude and aren't helpful when you ask questions about the menu.... Food was greasy as heck and not edible. Restaurant was FILTHY.

We were passing through town wanted Popeyes drive through was lined up to the road decided to go in afraid it was going to be a long wait but to my surprise the manager came and took my order and fixed my food on the spot all the staff was very polite to me I want to thank them for a pleasant experience it made my day complete 12/22/2023 around 7 pm
I don’t normally leave reviews but I can’t let this happen to anyone else!!! If I could leave no stars, I would!!!!I went to this location Dec 26 around 1-130 pm. I used the drive thru where I gave the cashier (JAYNEISHA CLEMONS) my brand new cash app card (never used it for anything else) to purchase my food. After charging my card, she did not give me my card back immediately. She sat it down on the register and proceeded to “text” on her phone which was right next to the register. My husband and I watched her do it the entire time. Once the food was ready she gave me the food and then my card last like she forgot to give it to me. Yesterday (Dec 27) someone used my BRAND NEW card twice for DoorDash for over $300. I get notifications to my phone and immediately I locked my card. Then they tried to charge me again for a purchase on DoorDash. I don’t know what type of business you guys are running but I will be contacting corporate!
