Waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to table (place wasn't busy at all), finally got the attention of another waitress who got our waitress to come to the table. Ordered the endless shrimp, got our first shrimp 20 minutes later from someone else, waitress came over and asked if we wanted desert, I said we ordered endless shrimp and we weren't done eating shrimp, ordered our second course, waited 25 mins then asked to see the manager when the waitress brought our 2nd coarse while the manager was at our table and it was wrong. Told the manager we were done and ready to leave, mind you we had already been there an hour and a half. Manager did take off a meal and a drink, but we will never go back to the Meridian restaurant again!! We have had bad service the last 2 times we ate there, but we're done with this location! It was my wife's birthday and it was NOT a nice birthday dinner!!

A 4.2 overall rating is very nice for what I experienced up here. I’m not from the meridian area I was just passing by coming from Alabama and stopped here ordered crab legs, lobster tail and garlic shrimp…. The tail was so gooey I thought it was a chitterling and the crab legs they gave somebody must didnt want last week and decided to give them to me shell was so old when I finally got it opened and tasted it I see why they sent it back …. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. At least my waitress was nice

We went for the food and stayed because of James and Dione! These have got to be the two most amazing people they have work there. They both go above and beyond to make your experience wonderful! You feel like family she. You leave!I think there is new management which has made a difference was in the morale of the staff there. The atmosphere is not as vibrant as before…Dietary restrictions: You have a wide range of foods from healthy to decadent! And the “healthy” food choices are abundantKid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendlyIt’s a good place for a family outing, date night or a night out with friends

We stood in the lobby for five minutes waiting for a hostess or waitress to seat us. It was not busy. The bartender was nice and went to look for someone to help us, and she couldn't find anyone. We left. It was very disappointing, and we will not be back.
The restaurant was packed, and I went to the bar to order a virgin drink and had the hardest time being understood by my server.. Only after she messed up the order up twice did she then go and find someone who understood what type of drink it was that I wanted. So I did finally get my drink the way it was supposed to be made. The new server more than ever made up for the lack of knowledge or experience of the other younger server.

This was my first time eating at Red Lobster in a VERY long time, but I'd definitely go back.Our server was friendly, honest, and prompt. We really can't take those things lightly with the direction Customer Service is taking nowadays.The restaurant was mainly clean and comfortable, although my guy friend did say the men's bathroom wasn't pleasant at all. (He stepped in and right back out and decided to wait until he got home.)The food was great!The Signature Seafood Mushrooms appetizer was delicious!I got the Stuffed Flounder with Steamed Broccoli and Cheddar Bay Stuffing. The broccoli was cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. I've never had broccoli so good! The entire plate was very savory and filling.My friend guy enjoyed his choose-two shrimp with Butterflied Coconut Shrimp and Garlic Shrimp Scampi.We both got a dessert: Chocolate wave cake, which he raved about. Strawberry cheesecake which I enjoyed.I was so excited to know that Red Lobster makes their own lemonade and my Strawberry Lemonade was phenomenal.My guy friend was not so enthused that the restaurant was out of Sweet Tea and out of Mashed Potatoes. But those things happen.The experience was overall a VERY good one, and one we'd sign up for again!
