Ordered a 44oz âChocolateâ gladiator for $13 with strawberryâs and blueberryâs. I received a smoothie of strawberryâs and blueberries in ice water, 0 flavor. I returned to tell them what happened and she told me that the chocolate protein was a powder, like I didnât know. I asked is the chocolate protein unflavored?!? She said she would make it again. So I said if you made it right the first time, than why would I want another?? Lesson learned.

Dry rude environment smoothies were not made right nothing but watery ice. When asked attendant about it she said thing is down. I asked here what thing she said her printer for ingredients. Very poor service. Sad with the reopening I had hopes for better
The two girls did not speak and welcome customer at all.

They both admitted they did not know how to make smoothies really sad

New management has turned it around. The employees are the ones who keep it going great! Been 3x since the re opening. I couldn't be happier. The service is phenomenal by all employees. On top of it. Also no issues with the allergies. Husband is allergic to bananas and the previous employees didn't seem to understand this. It was bad. After each time the allergies fir him and my son were ignored and we had issues we quit going. Obvious reasons. This set of employees care. Thank goodness!! 10/10

I am so grateful for the new management! They are so respectful! they made my smoothie great! I was out and about, running some errands and grabbing a quick bite, and I decided to stop by and give them a try. The were very welcoming, and the staff were friendly I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu items!
