I really enjoyed the smoothies, but now that they have the smoothie bowls. I'm having a hard time getting one.I've been there 2 times and each time. I was told that it's frozen and they can't make it.And then I don't find out that they can't make it until I get up to the window afterwaiting about 20 minute. It's making me think they just don't want to make the smoothie bowl.

After coming here NUMEROUS times, I repeatedly keep having long wait times. Sometimes I’m the only car in the drive thru, and I still have waited more than 15 minutes. The staff isn’t very friendly. Some don’t even acknowledge customers. I think in order to have a decent establishment, higher pay would definitely be an option to get people to come to work or even enjoy their jobs. Smoothie King is needed, but ALOT of things could also improve!

I don’t know why I keep coming back here and giving them more chances to disappoint me… I waited at the speaker a solid 5 minutes minutes before I was even acknowledged. (She only acknowledged me bc I said hello??) then told me to hold on for what was about another 3 minutes before finally taking my order. When I got to the window, I sat there through 3 whole songs before she even came to take my payment. About 10 minutes after confirming what my smoothies were and paying for them, she came to the window to ask me what smoothies did I order… I got my receipt at 5:43 and I didn’t pull off from the drive through until 6:05 with one smoothie that didn’t even reach the fill line and another smoothie that was filled way too high and leaking all over the side of the cup. I used to work at smoothie king so I know what to expect but this definitely gave me second hand embarrassment ??‍♀️

Slow, slow, slow.... They need more help in that place or something... Waited 45 min on two smoothies... We ordered pizza at Dominoes the same time as the smoothies and it was ready 20 minutes before Smoothie King..

Service was terrible. The smoothie wasn’t good enough to wait 20 minutes while the manager yelled at an employee.

Smoothies weren't that bad, but the service was. The employees treat each other horribly, I was in there getting a smoothie while a manager was yelling at an employee and made me and the other person in there very uncomfortable. I will not coming back. The product wasn't good enough to go back and have that experience.

The smoothies are great but these poor employees are always understaffed and stressed out. Every single time I’ve come it’s been usually one person nearly in tears because they are so overwhelmed by the line and the amount of orders. Ownership- please get these employees more help. You’ll get bigger profits, many avoid the lines because they’re so long.

Slow and unorganized. I couldn't even get a refund or paper receipt. They also seem to be very under staffed with confused workers. By far the worst experience at this location. I would suggest going to Sonic right next to them, since they respect your time money and can produce a product.
