I love stopping at this establishment when I am in town. Sno Biz has a variety of snow cones and ice cream to choose from. It's convenient to go through the drive-thru and you are not waiting in line for a long time. Check it out and try the homemade Vanilla icecream cone. Delicious ?

To much playing not enough customer service by scaddle dressed little girls. Not to mention employees sitting on the counters where customers orders are prepared, and if I wanted an attitude I would have went to McDonald's. Lost my business over a shake.

I will never go back! My husband ordered a coffee ice cream, after being told it was a little melty he was fine with getting it. Once received it was a little melty but that was not the issue, it was sticky like grossness. He said he hated to do this but he couldn’t eat it (my husband isn’t one to complain) he asked if they could replace it with something else, they said they would have to charge us again for something different. Seriously, you give nasty ice cream and then we have to purchase a different one. He just let them throw it away and took the loss. Never again! I thought this place was better than that. Sad they can’t afford to correct the situation, too money hungry. Won’t be getting my business.

very unprofessional and rude…one of those girls put a pin sized hole in my cup this evening at the bottom and covered it with a napkin…I never thought some one would actually poke a hole in your cup on purpose…I went back and showed them but she just smirked…hateful for no reason black people stop supporting this business ??

Asked for a iced caramel macchiato. They then proceeded to make me a hot coffee, dumped some ice in it, and then handed it straight to me. So I paid $5 for a room temp/luke warm cup of watered down coffee. If they don’t know how to properly make a drink they shouldn’t be offering it. Absolute trash. And it took way too long as well. Will never go here again.

The absolute worst unflavored shaved ice I’ve ever had. Customer service was even worse. I paid for something that taste like medicine, and they didn’t try to fix it with out charging extra. No refunds. Beware.
