The food they got right, and it was good. The service was ok too, especially for Meridian MS. Just that some of the signs and monitors didn't work or light up so you could see the menu. Then there is the huge pothole at the end of the exit lane that you can fit half a car in that has been there for months. They have good service, which for Meridian days a lot. Please fix your place up a bit so it doesn't look run down. Please.

Got my kids a coney and me some chilli cheese tots. Coney’s are undercooked and the tots are almost frozen but the cheese and chilli is hot 😒 $30 thrown away and the phone just rings

I ordered a burger and a Red Bull recharger + make it dirty. While in line at the drive thru, I was approached by one of the workers who told me I owed them more money. I ordered on the app, which tells me exactly what I have to pay and takes exactly what I owe in order to get what I want. After that exchange, he goes back inside with his head down. I get my order, go back to work and discover that they did not make my drink to my specifications and instead of a burger I got small fries, I guess as a way to get what they wanted out of me. I needlessly paid an extra upcharge for them to get my order wrong and have them come tell me to give them more money. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. NEVER BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I also tried to call to get in contact with someone to complain about this, where once they heard my request they hung up on me.

We drove up with this particular Sonic, and they told us that they were having kitchen issues, and it would be at least 30 minutes before they could take our order. We notice at least three employees on their cell phone outback. So we drove off.

We sat waiting to place a car hop order for over 10 minutes and no one ever responded. Others were pulling off without food like us too. They have a drive thru now and apparently don’t explain that they aren’t wanting to bring your order to you.
This one is so much better than the one on North Hills. They have it together and the food is always great.

Long post...This ranking is based SOLELY on my MOST RECENT visit. 8-4-2024.
Placed order using the app as I usually do. Get to the location and check in. Screen shows I checked in (but other notifications disappeared)! Patiently waited for about 10minutes, I see a couple ppl come after me and leave. Press button again to confirm they received my order. Was told yes. Waits about 10 more minutes sees 3 more vehicles come after me and leave. Let's them know I am STILL waiting. At this point was told it will be right out. Entire order comes out ice cold. Sends it back. Reminds worker to make sure they read my receipt as they tend to get my order wrong. New order LITERALLY comes back out less than 5 minutes. Fries were hot and burgers seemed warm (just from touch). Opened both burgers, only to see they BOTH were horrible. Had 4 slices of cheese just thrown on and NOT melted. One had at nothing but pickles when I SPECIFICALLY said NO pickles. Needless to say, I immediately called back to speak to a manager (male) to address the issues. Was asked to come right back, but declined as I was aggravated at this point, and felt waiting til the next day would be better. Now I go back the next day and speak to a female manager (did not get her name) who was great and offered to remake the ENTIRE order. And to make the issue right. Left a semi satisfied customer thanks to her.

Traveling with my family. We ordered 3 drinks. It took 10 minutes, and the guy had to come out and ask what we ordered. One of the drinks tasted nasty, but we just left. Didn't want to wait another 10 mins to get a drink that might have spit in it
