Literally move slow as molasses and never update inventory for app. An online order shouldn’t take an additional 10-15 minutes once I reach the store.

I can not tell you how sick and tired I am of PAYING for things and later finding out they are “out of stock” of said product and then not given a refund because they “don’t do refunds in store.”Multiple orders have been received over a couple months time frame that were incorrect. Do better or get someone in there that will!!

Every time I try this place it disappoints. Save yourself the frustration and just go to the one on frontage road. This one is constantly “out” of an exorbitant amount of drinks and the ones they do have they make sure to make with 5% coffee and 95% milk and cream. I’ll never go back to this location again.

I’m not sure how this doesn’t have 5 stars overall! This is the BEST Starbucks! My drink is never watered down and always soooo wonderful! The staff of the hotel as well as the Starbucks employees are amazing and sweet! They know my name (not sure if that’s good or bad lol) and they always ask how I’m doing and they make an effort to get to know me! They’re a huge factor in me passing nursing school!🙃

I love Starbucks and I order from here almost daily. One thing I don’t like is that they never update their inventory on the app because it will show sold out for days and sometimes weeks and when you ask about it the answer is “oh we just got it in!”

Well anyway, this morning my fiancée picked up his order that I had got for him and I always order a cheese danish. Well they gave him a turkey and sausage danish. He didn’t know until he got to work. Please make sure your employees are paying attention to what they’re doing.

This Starbucks has so much potential. And it could be very good, but they’re really on the struggle bus.

They are trying. Not all the staff is friendly. Some are. Drinks are usually wrong. Just assume you are rolling the dice. Essentially you are. Slow to make things. Would be nice if they got 2 out of 6 drinks right. Not happened so far. One of the top 10 worst Starbucks I've been to all over the USA. You won't get better unless you practice though. Corporate really needs to step in here and soon. They need training and help and friendly staff. Few of them are super sweet and can do some drinks. Most can not. It is what it is. Don't bank on a happy drink for a bad day here. If it's an ehh whatever day then absolutely the Starbucks for you.

Update: still a hit and miss. It's gotten better. Employees are still pretty unhappy at this store. They do close alot during bad weather or the possibility of bad weather I should say. But they are trying. Employees tend to be slow moving most the time. So just don't be in a rush.

Cannot pay with card as the machine is broken, but when you give cashier 100$ for order she says she cannot take it because it’s SUNDAY and bank is closed. What does one thing have to do with the other? We went to the gas station later and no one there had a problem with accepting 100$ bill on Sunday… maybe the stuff is just being lazy, I don’t know

Vegetarian options: They had a somewhat selection of vegetarian food.

Parking: It's kind of a bad place to be parking near here, as it gets really busy and so many traffic and the location is terrible.

While staying in the Threefoot Hotel we came to Starbucks after checkout. This Starbucks was at the bottom of the hotel we stayed in. There's nothing bad that you can say about Starbucks!

I come to this Starbucks some mornings because it’s close to my work and in the past, the employees there have done a fantastic job. I’ve noticed some new employees come through have been very poor servers and not interested in their job at all.Each time in the passed month that I’ve been here, this Starbucks location has disappointed me. I’m not one to write reviews but this is ridiculous.Each time I’ve gotten food it’s been barely heated.My drinks each time were not made correctly. (I got each of them the way they come on the menus… nothing added, nothing taken away…)The workers do not seem to want to be there. The one who took my order (white female) didn’t ask my name, and rushed my order. She did this the last time I came in. She also very obviously had no enthusiasm about being there.I didn’t really feel welcomed either. When I come in, I greet them but no one greets me.I’ve worked in food service before so I know it can be frustrating. But this really is ridiculous. I’m pretty disappointed in this location and I probably won’t come back anytime soon.I’m sorry to be so brash, and I wasn’t going to comment but I’m just really under the impression that management needs to be better here. Or employees need to be thoughtfully examined and trained before working.
