I come to this Starbucks some mornings because it’s close to my work and in the past, the employees there have done a fantastic job. I’ve noticed some new employees come through have been very poor servers and not interested in their job at all.Each time in the passed month that I’ve been here, this Starbucks location has disappointed me. I’m not one to write reviews but this is ridiculous.Each time I’ve gotten food it’s been barely heated.My drinks each time were not made correctly. (I got each of them the way they come on the menus… nothing added, nothing taken away…)The workers do not seem to want to be there. The one who took my order (white female) didn’t ask my name, and rushed my order. She did this the last time I came in. She also very obviously had no enthusiasm about being there.I didn’t really feel welcomed either. When I come in, I greet them but no one greets me.I’ve worked in food service before so I know it can be frustrating. But this really is ridiculous. I’m pretty disappointed in this location and I probably won’t come back anytime soon.I’m sorry to be so brash, and I wasn’t going to comment but I’m just really under the impression that management needs to be better here. Or employees need to be thoughtfully examined and trained before working.

Don't come to Starbucks very often. But when I do, I always come to this location. Everytime I'm in here, its never really an amazing experience. Not very friendly, employees more focused on putting an emphasis onthe tip option on the card machine rather than giving a friendly welcoming attitude. ?one thing that always bothers me is the lack of hair restraints. I currently work in a restaurant and I'm also Servsafe certified. I'm a food safety manager and pride myself in this so when I see these workers with very loosely tied ponytails, or one employee I see often who always has her hair down, below her shoulders, unrestrained and in her face, its very concerning. Personal hygiene is of extreme importance, no matter what you're serving. Putting your hair up in a secure bun/tight braid is really not that hard?the safety of the food and customers should come first!

Great place! Service was good and drinks were made fast. Drink wasn't perfect, but it's hard to make and it was good. Very clean. No drive-thru as it's in the downtown area but we had no trouble parking in front of it. Recommend.

Loudest Starbucks ever. Employees talking on their cell phones on speaker and hollering to each other. That coupled with the high ceilings?! Good luck getting any work or leisure reading done.

Such a beautiful atmosphere. Otherwise seemed like an average Starbucks. Staff friendly enough — we were the only customers when there. Product was on par with other Starbucks I’ve had. Atmosphere is phenomenal.

The staff there (two African-American American females) had that fake friendly smile, rude attitude and were extremely slow. I (African-American female) came in and stood in line. One lady was infront of me ordering. While in line I was looking at their wall of cups. Two caucasian ladies attempted to cut me inline. I say nothing and us three just look at each other. The ladies then realized I was there first so they let me pass ahead. I ordered their current specialty a venti nitro cold brew coffee with cream, a cheese danish and purchased a cup. Instead of saying something nice after I paid the clerk asked me to input the numbers on the screen. The screen only showed tip options for 20% and 25%. I gave them 18% since its my first time at this location and I don't know their service. Usually Starbucks is fcfs; as so I thought. I don't know why but the two ladies behind me had their frap drinks come out before mine. (They didnt order the same drink.) As I sat there waiting the staff were talking horribly about their previous customers and how some didn’t even tip. My drink came out the same time as the third customer (African-American male) who came in after me. He had one of the juice drinks with cream and fruit at the bottom. My drink looked nothing as pictured... just iced coffee, no cream and my pastry wasn't even placed in the warmer yet. I can't say the staff's customers service was racially charged or if any tip under 20% warranted to wait longer than others. All I know is other customers who had more complicated orders didn't need to wait and weren't degraded in their discussions.

Contrary to other reviews I found the staff unfriendly and confrontational about their error. I'm not my sharpest at 6:45am but I do expect a greeting of some type. Hello. Good morning. Nah, just a blank stare. Guess I was interrupting.Conversation between the two workers while I ordered caused the cashier to get my order wrong. When I stepped back to the register and said I wanted two sandwiches her response was that I only asked for one. Not "would you like another?" Overall a very poor reflection on the Threefoot Hotel's otherwise good service.

This is one of the slowest unorganized Starbucks I have ever seen. Not sure if management is on location but they need more training or more workers or something.
