I waited 15 minutes for the same drink I get at every Starbucks, A venti strawberry açaí with lemonade. Every other Starbucks i’ve been too, they make it perfectly sweet and tangy. But not this one. They didn’t fill it all the way up to the top. And it wasn’t like a milimemeter short. it was 1 and a half inches short! And one of the bathrooms was Out of order, because the lazy workers didn’t want to clean it up.

Terrible experience- had to ask for more refresher in drinks. When my son tried to ask for more, the barista ignored him until i came over.

Was completely judged by the barista at the window . First when taking our order then when we pulled up to the window . She judged us on our order giving us stares and making comments like “here food item 1/1000”. Then caught an attitude when we asked her to correct a drink we ordered. We were respectful despite the looks and the slick comments , however this just being the one of many interactions with rude employees in this specific establishment just proves the unprofessional and just make me not want to go there anymore . I came here for food I’m paying for .

Waited in line for over 6 min while the lady at the register and another customer chit-chatted about the decor. Walked out, don't have time to waste on that type of service.

We have to wait 30 mins for barista to come and get our order and then another 30 mins to serve our order which is very bad service , they need manage the customer properly. Disappointing for such a big coffee chain to treat customer like thay and taking 7 bucks for a coffee

Ordered a grande sugar cookie late, low, inch below top of cup, went back, complained, put more milk in gave me my cup, got on the highway, and it was only milk. No coffee, no syrup.

Stopped here on my drive to the West Coast and had a great experience! Service was fast, my drink was made at the perfect temperature, and this location is definitely one of the better Starbucks. And of course, the Fall favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte—hands down the best!

Hello People,

I wanted to give a thanks to Erika, Chase, and Riley for the excellent customer service that I received. I visited the store on 300 N frontage rd, Meridian Mississippi. Erika is the store manager and she was the first person that acknowledged my presence by nodding and making good eye contact although she was taking an order from another customer when I arrived. While she was focused on taking the other order, Chase jumped into action to take my order while he was waiting for an order to be completed. I found it to be impressive! Nothing better than a when ran machine. As I was leaving Riley informed me about downloading the app to join the starbucks club so that i can enjoy all the savings and promotions available to members. Customer service, check....happy customer who felt valued and exited about starbucks, check...then marketing n promotion, check check! Great teamwork!!!!
