The store was empty but we still had to wait five minutes for somebody to take our order. No apologies or anything. Also, they had three coffee flavor signs displayed, but only one of them was available. Typical Starbucks lack of service, but amplified by Meridian laziness. Unfortunately, this is the only place in Meridian to get a coffee on a Sunday.

I stopped by this Starbucks early Saturday morning the staff was such a delight. Kim helped me decide what drink I got and was so delicious and even though it was early in the morning they had such wonderful personalities. This will be my go to stop when traveling from Birmingham to Jackson. You guys were great
Every time i order with no ice this is the result. it’s only in Meridian, everywhere else i go it doesn’t do this. Needless to say im very disappointed

Stopped here on a road trip, a little worried about the bad reviews, but found a beautiful open atmosphere and a friendly staff. They were very attentive, taking care to get our orders correct. So don’t worry about the reviews - just go in and be nice and everything will be okay. Shout out to Lilly in particular :)
My tea was lovely and so was my mom’s flat white and my nanas cheese danish. Clean bathrooms too. Good job guys.
