Stopped here on my drive to the West Coast and had a great experience! Service was fast, my drink was made at the perfect temperature, and this location is definitely one of the better Starbucks. And of course, the Fall favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte—hands down the best!

Hello People,

I wanted to give a thanks to Erika, Chase, and Riley for the excellent customer service that I received. I visited the store on 300 N frontage rd, Meridian Mississippi. Erika is the store manager and she was the first person that acknowledged my presence by nodding and making good eye contact although she was taking an order from another customer when I arrived. While she was focused on taking the other order, Chase jumped into action to take my order while he was waiting for an order to be completed. I found it to be impressive! Nothing better than a when ran machine. As I was leaving Riley informed me about downloading the app to join the starbucks club so that i can enjoy all the savings and promotions available to members. Customer service, check....happy customer who felt valued and exited about starbucks, check...then marketing n promotion, check check! Great teamwork!!!!

The Strato Brown Sugar Frap was better than expected. I typically order the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with white mocha and cold foam. The vibe in this location is up beat and the lady with the black apron was on point forgot her name. Everyone was having fun and the lady with the black apron she has to be the manager asked for Disco and they all started having fun and it made my day. Miss Kim seen me sitting there and offered me water and they brought some samples out for customers to try and can't remember the drink but it was good. I recommend this location.

Great location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager Michelle brought my drink to my table and it was not only delicious but very beautiful. I stop here everyday and there are some new faces and they already know me when I come in. They have a beautiful store.

Literally ordered at 12:41, sat at window paid . Lady came back an tried to charge me 2x when told her I gave her cash. She said they've had a bad day . I was told to pull to the front . I was forgot about I waited 20 mins went in just for my drink to be sitting by the window watered down . Didn't even ask for it to be remade .

Waiting 30+ minutes in store for 2 drinks to be made meanwhile they are consistently making drinks for every new car in the drive through. Would avoid ever returning to this location.

This Starbucks frequently has disappointing service. We go back every few months because we tend to love Starbucks and are from out of town, but this location has yet to meet our basic expectations. Always big delays and often mistakes with our order as well.

Very disappointed in this location. Drink took 10 minutes to make in a not busy store whatsoever. Staff conversating while the one girl made drinks. Drinks were good however and the store looked clean. Hoping some more support can be given to the poor girl who is making all the drinks
