Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks and filthy bathrooms. I was traving cross country and needed a coffee break only to be met with incredibly rude staff. Don’t even stop here it’s certainly not worth it.

Came in at 8:30am on a Friday. Polite and professional staff, quick service. Ample space and comfortable seating. WiFi was fast, and ambient music was pleasant. Comfortable temperature and plenty of outlets to charge all your devices. Coffee was hot and tasty, and the breakfast sandwich was as well. Great experience.

20240327 Stopped by on my way to LA. This is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks I have visited, and I travel all over the East Coast and am exploring the MidWest now. I have been to over 50 Starbucks. I walked in, stood at the counter for awhile... a few baristas were making drinks or doing something. No one looked at me, said anything as though I was invisible. The Caucasian young barista finally got my order, and she was unemotional, almost cold. The Black baristas didn't even acknowledge me. The Evolution fruit amd veggie drink was good as expected. The honey citrus mint tea was on the lighter side, and it was ok, not that good. I don't recommend coming here. Go to the next Starbucks, maybe it will be better. These baristas need to read the sign posted outside the restrooms on "Kindness".

For what it's worth its pretty good. Everyone was super nice to me and it was worth it. It was pricey but it's Starbucks so what can you really say. Overall worth it

I ordered mobile and it took 30 minutes past the time it was to be ready. The barista was alone and trying his best. I order Starbucks frequently from all over and this was the longest I have ever had to wait.

I don’t get the other negative reviews. Kind people, fast and correct order with no wait, updated modern interior in a quiet ambience, fast wifi, and staff even went out of their way to bring the coffee to my table. Excellent!

Wait time in the drive-thru is RIDICULOUS! 10 minutes waiting at the speaker just to order most times. Time before last took the girl 7 minutes just to acknowledge I was there after I said hello thinking they didn't know I was waiting and the girl got an attitude about it. Last time took 17 minutes from the time I got to the speaker to place and get my order of one drink. They seem to be seriously understaffed and need WAY more training. Last time I went the girl running the drive-thru was also stuck running the front counter. I want so badly to like this location but don't. I order Frappuccino every time and it's always 1/3 melted soon as I get it.

If you want, the wrong drink made every time this is a place to go! I have given this Starbucks multiple times multiple chances and every single time they mess it up to where I have to get it remade at at least 2 to 3 times. I’ve tried reaching out to Corporate not one Manager has called me back. If you guys want to get coffee, go to the building do not waste your money or Time coming to this place!
