I arrived 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and they already had the doors locked and I couldn’t get food. Don’t go here and the old blonde lady inside just looked at me crazy when I tried to open the door even though they were supposed to be open.

Tried to order online using a BOGO deal for 2 footlongs. The promo didn’t work in-app, so I tried explaining this to the employees but no effort was made to resolve the issue. Once I realized I would not be getting my money back, I asked if I could make both sandwiches meals, but that suggestion was refused. Employees were not helpful and would not answer my questions directly.
