This was the nastiest food I've ate in a long time. I ordered online and I customized everything. Everything I asked not to be on my food, they doubled. The birthday cake churos were so hard they wouldn't even come loose from the box!! Like they been sitting under the light since yesterday!! If we are paying our hard earned money on food, we should get it the way we ordered it. I mean we are the ones eating it. And if the employees don't like their job or have attitudes the whole time, then clock out and go home!! Let people who can read a ticket of how a customer wants their food come in and do it. This restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I had to put it to write this review!! Sick!! 🤮🤮 I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs!!

I ordered the new Garlic Steak Nacho Fries. I had eaten them the day before and they were so good, we went back for more. Sadly, this location is always a hit or miss. This time, we had to wait forever and my fries only had 3 pieces of steak!! 🤔 $5 is a little pricey for that little container of fries if there's no meat. 🙄

Went through the drive through on a Saturday. The gentleman who was working the window was so nice. Apologized for the wait and had a great attitude. The food was good and the order was correct.

I like the food here, but it was dangerous during this visit. As we are eating, the worker gave a man's food to some girls. The man was upset and got a refund, I believe. I went to the restroom and my daughter was sitting at our table. They locked the lobby, because they didn't want more customers inside, only drive thru. So my daughter and the girls couldn't get out.
So, I heard loud, angry voices and decided to hurry to find what was going on. My daughter said the Taco bell worker came out from behind the counter to attack the customer and a female customer got in between the angry customer and the worker to de-escalate the fight. When I came out from the bathroom, a Taco bell worker was opening the door and so we left.

We have been sitting here for over 40 minutes and still no food. They already charged our card, so we can't just leave. Asked twice about our food and the first time they were making it, the second time was they gave it to someone else. Would like the manager to fix how the employees handle orders. Dine in orders should be given out before 8 people in the drive thru, who weren't even there when we ordered our food. We will not EVER eat at this Taco Bell location ever again. We then requested a refund because they said our order would be next, and it never came out. When my husband asked where the refund was located on the receipt because the receipt said sale and not refunded, the employee threatened my husband. Said to step out side threatening him. My husband should have called the cops and pressed charges on an employee threating a customer because they couldn't get our order out to us.

Wow, gross. Now that is a bad Taco Bell. Of the five people in line everyone was missing something from their order when they got it. None of the bathrooms had soap. No napkins/forks/etc were out. A customer needed a cup. The employee asked the customer to come around the counter and grab one that was out. Whole operation was a mess.

Drive thru service was rushed, order was over $40. I asked for some Green Sauce and was told that sauce had an extra price , when I finally received order I had two hard tacos (I ordered 6 soft taco) when I asked employee he was kinda rude with a familiar street attitude for the first response to my question although he realized that he was speaking from that attitude outside of his lock

Visited this location to pick up an order 2024/09/30, the store's line screen showed red, blinking, double digits meaning the order was way late being made. I'm like, what were they doing until I arrived? Sitting on making the order? By the time I left, they had already served everyone in the lobby and the drive-thru. The store's line screen showed over 30 minutes by the time they bumped it from the screen and handed me the order. What's the use of the pick-up racks if they aren't going to have the order ready?
