Worse ever. Done a online order. Ordered 3 soft taco supreme and got home. They had no meat or cheese on any of them. Wife's order had a 5 layer nacho wit nacho cheese and sour cream and hers was without nacho cheese and no sour cream. They got to do better.

I ordered a crunch wrap which comes with a taco and I ordered the nacho taco and they gave me a regular. And the place was dirty and the service sucked. They was out of everything. I would not recommend.

It's amazing how taco bell finds the best and brightest workers. They never fail to amaze me. Ordered in the app and when I went to pick up the worker said they are out of tortillas for the crunchwrap. So I said it's OK, you can change it to the chalupa. And they said no, they can't make any changes. And they told me to cancel my order in the app. But the app doesn't even have an option to cancel.

I got the number one regular on October 4th 2025 around 3:45 there were no tomatoes on the taco, I thought a regular Taco comes with tomato lettuce and cheese and the ground beef? And this is the Bonita lakes Taco Bell I'm speaking of. The wait period for these restaurants even Popeyes the service sucks what if we stop the people were to stop ordering and buying fast food then nobody would be with a job after so long.

This was the nastiest food I've ate in a long time. I ordered online and I customized everything. Everything I asked not to be on my food, they doubled. The birthday cake churos were so hard they wouldn't even come loose from the box!! Like they been sitting under the light since yesterday!! If we are paying our hard earned money on food, we should get it the way we ordered it. I mean we are the ones eating it. And if the employees don't like their job or have attitudes the whole time, then clock out and go home!! Let people who can read a ticket of how a customer wants their food come in and do it. This restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I had to put it to write this review!! Sick!! 🤮🤮 I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs!!

I ordered the new Garlic Steak Nacho Fries. I had eaten them the day before and they were so good, we went back for more. Sadly, this location is always a hit or miss. This time, we had to wait forever and my fries only had 3 pieces of steak!! 🤔 $5 is a little pricey for that little container of fries if there's no meat. 🙄
Service is garbage! Staff is rude! 1-21-25. 3:30pm They won't take your order they just expect you to use kiosk machine. I just walked out.
