I love Taco Bell, but they're not all the same when it comes to expectations. This one was fast, had friendly service, and the food was as ordered with good presentation. I did order a large order, but I think the cashier forgot to give it to me because she was so helpful in giving me directions, and I had her talking. She was extremely nice. Need more of her!

They have now gone to the kiosk. After a poor experience in another town, I REFUSE to use a kiosk. If they have a person who can come around to show me how to do it, then they have a person who can take my order. I will NOT be going back to Taco Bell again. I would rather spend more money at another restaurant where I will receive service and be able to ask for exactly what I want. And that's what I did. I left Taco Bell and went directly to La Pinata. Service there was excellent, as always.

Portions are way off. Attitudes. No communication with customers. Did NOT feel welcome or comfortable here. Nobody smiled or said "WELCOME ". SERVICE WITH A SMILE. LOVE YOUR JOB OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ordered 3 chicken tacos for my wife wit no lettuce, extra chicken extra cheese. Where's the chicken wheres the cheese? Mine was loaded with lettuce very little meat and cheese. Yall are ignorant at this location. Needs new management and staff or to be retrained by Corporate heads

We stopped for a late lunch at this very strange Taco Bell. It was empty and dirty, which should have been our clue to leave, but we were hungry and have never had a bad Taco Bell experience before, so we stayed. Ordered off the dirty kiosk. Received completely tasteless food. We ate quickly and left, hoping we didn’t get good poisoned. So far so good, but talk about disappointing…..

Finally found a Taco Bell with a 5$ Chalupa Box Meal Deal. Can't remember how many YEARS it has been since I only spent 5$ at The Bell for a full meal and drink!

I used the drive-thru and the staff was super friendly. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and the outside shell was raw! The shell was doughy and stuck to my hand. I tried to eat it, but it was way too raw and chewy.

Poor management. Service was very slow, people were standing around waiting to be acknowledged by staff as they constantly walked by to take orders out to people in the drive through, but not once did a manager or anyone say sorry for the wait or someone will be with you shortly.By the way this location has a kiosk inside but several customers stood at the counter without being told they could only order from the kiosk. They were told by other customers after not being acknowledged by staff.
