Once again, HORRIBLE customer service at the north hills location. Not one word was spoken to me other than to rudely correct me for answering “no” to the drive thru prompt “will you be checking in with your mobile app today?” I don’t work there so how am I supposed to know how to answer? And the last time I went over a month ago, I asked for a Baja Blast and they were out. So I asked for Dr Pepper and was told “we only have Pepsi products” so I asked for a Mr Pibb and was told “we only have Pepsi products” so I asked for a different drink that apparently was a coke product (again, I’m the customer, how am I supposed to know this?) and then someone else jumped over the system and yelled “MAAM WE ONLY HAVE PEPSI PRODUCTS” this is so ridiculous and I’m extremely disappointed. Again

Former Taco Bell employee.Ordered pick-up though the app. They told me they had my order and to pull forward. I then waited 10 minutes to get to the window. At the window, they told me they did not have my order and they couldn’t take my order. I would’ve just made it at the speaker if they had actually checked me in when I was at the speaker and seen my order wasn’t there. I went inside to order, and was given the wrong order. Horrible Taco Bell make the trip to another Taco Bell.

Only reason I ever get food from here is the app won’t let me choose the much better Taco Bell on frontage road for delivery. They get our order wrong constantly, and not just by a little. Today we ordered 6 fiesta potatoes and got zero. We ordered only fire and Diablo sauce and they gave us hot and mild. Food quality is also noticeably worse than the other location and that’s saying something for Taco Bell…
