I CAME IN LAST WEEK ON MONDAY AND AGAIN ON MONDAY THIS WEEK AND HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE TO GO TO. FOOD WAS GREAT, SERVICE WAS AWESOME MANGER SERVICE ME BOTH TIMES I WENT AND WAS GREAT WITH SERVICE AND THE FOOD. DEFINITELY GONNA KEEP COMING TO THIS LOCATION 💯💯💯💯💯

Shouldn’t have come here for thanksgiving. Ate next to dirty dishes and listened to a waitress complain about her personal problems the entire time as she slammed dishes around and cursed. Didn’t get my drink until 20 minutes after arriving and the place wasn’t even half occupied. Place is usually pretty good, but not today. Only reason I stopped here is because the line at cracker barrel was long.

Racism and prejudice against others is alive and well in Mississippi…. Been sitting at this Waffle House in Meridian with my young kids for almost 20 minutes. None of the staff will even look in our direction, much the less take our order. Soon as the drink order was taken - immediately back to being ignored. We are the only Caucasians in the building. There’s 8 employees and only 4 tables being used. Order was wrong 3 times. Never complained. Then on the ticket overcharged for items over menus price they never even brought us. I eat at Waffle House all the time, all across the country. This experience was bs…

Very rude, I have eaten at Waffle houses all over the US and have never had a bad experience but this location service was awful. Cold coffee no refills offered. Order was wrong and got the look when asked to correct. Never again.

We will definitely come back. I don't recall the waitress's name we had, but we came in early in the morning with four kids. The whole team was amazing, and especially our waitress. I want to give a big thank you for making our waffle house stop with four young kids very memorable with amazing service.

Very nice staff and wonderful food. Love the waffles!
When we walked in. Every table was dirty. There was one waitress. She didn't geeet us. Didn't tell us if we could sit down. Didn't offer to clear a place. Took her 10 minutes standing there doing nothing. And she finally said I am so sorry but I'm the only server. Then walked away. She stood around looking mad. Never cleaned anything up. The cook delivered our food. It was the worse experience I have ever had. I will never go back.

Me and my daughter dinned 8/14/24, my daughter has asthma and the cleaner they used made her cough and have a flare up, I took her to the bathroom and administered her albuterol inhaler, when we came back the table the waitress sprayed our seats with Lysol and gave us Togo cups while everyone else had regular cups. I realize that COVID has affected us all but this is ridiculous and we will not be back! I would also like to add she would not hand me our plates she moved around from my hand, as if we are contagious. Knowledge goes a long way!

Went twice back to back(8-3-24) (8-4-24) food is good the cooks are good at their job, waitresses are ok. Need to wipe down menus tables and clean glass doors. Over all it better other waffle houses I have gone 2.
