Ordered a meal here that I ended up throwing away. It had a strange odor to it... sauce smeared all over the burger wrapper. It was like somebody had rubbed perfume/lotion all over their hands before handling the sloppy burger.

Make drivers confirm orders! Less stolen orders and So I don’t have to be on support chat with DoorDash for 20 minutes explaining y’all’s no remake “policy” (even with payment again), they know nothing about. And maybe answer the phone for them and explain yourself. Why avoid answering the phone, unless you have something to hide?

Food was fresh. Saw a dude freak out on the manager. He was wearing some weird dragon shirt four sizes too big. He was yelling about how they had messed up his order and wanted his money back. The manager offered to refund him but the guy didn’t want to return the food. The guy stood there yelling for at least 3 minutes, which is a long time. The man was trying to rally the crowd. The manager never even looked the least upset. Finally the dude stormed off. That manager just smiled at the other customers and went back to work.

They are locking the doors before 10 o'clock and they wouldn't let me and another person in with a mobile order 😒 and I actually like Wendy's so definitely not satisfied so I left and decided not to get anything
