My sister and I had Dave's Double Cheeseburger Combos. Burger was hot, juicy, & Excellent. The fries were ok, but nothing to brag about; they weren't as hot-and-fresh as I prefer. Nice and quiet, only 2 other customers. A worker was cleaning the glass doors. Counter servers were friendly and helpful. Good experience. Clean, fast, friendly.

My hamburger meat was so tuff you couldn’t eat it. My fries were cold. Want be going there again. Buns were hard and guy at window was rude.

I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito to go. When I eventually unwrapped it, the bacon inside was so disgusting. It looked raw, mostly all fat and not edible.

I ordered a double Dave combo without cheese and onions. The sandwich had both. I took one bite of that sandwich, The meat had a bad taste. Please be careful eating there. Too many young children work at the location that I went to in North Hills in Meridian,MS.

Not the best. Breakfast is great, but anything after that is a hit or miss. Depending on the staff, you may have to return 3 or 4 times before they actually give you warm food. (Breakfast is still good, so I will give props to morning shift)

Stopped by and ordered 8 various burgers and fries today, May 9, 2025. I live 4 miles from this location, when my family went to eat, all the food was as if it was taken out of refrigerator. I immediately returned to location and was given a negative attitude by the so called manager. After a few rounds of discussion, she supposedly gave us a new order. Once again upon arrival the bun and meat was even colder than the lettuce and tomato. I called this time before return only to get the so called manager once again and with an even nastier attitude than before. Obviously customer service and satisfaction is not on the menu at this location.

all workers sitting in front dinning area looks to me like they're doing nothing , food was horrible and cold . I was in the bathroom , an employee came knocked on my stall door which was very unnecessary , unprofessional and i should've called the police .

I was not too happy with my 10 piece nugget that I picked up from Wendy’s in Northhills, Meridian, Mississippi. The nuggets were so greasy that I was not able to eat them. I got them and a frosty which Was supposed to be a medium, and when they handed it to me, I knew it knew it was a small….smh and it cost me eight dollars and something. That is totally ridiculous to pay that price and then get nothing but greasy nuggets that you can actually squeeze the grease out of.

Last night (dec 3 2024) at around 10:20 I ordered a big bacon and a junior bacon cheeseburger. He kept very annoyedly saying " what kind of sauce with that" when I didn't order any nuggets and ignored me for several minutes while I was trying to tell him he messed my order up. Then, as I was waiting I could see the workers in the window pointing and laughing at me, and when I had finally gotten my food half of one of my cheeseburgers had been eaten. I don't understand what I could've done to deserve this. Also, I'd like to say that putting your mouth on someone else's food is considered battery by the state of Mississippi

I had the best experience recently and wanted to share! With ordering for a family of 7, I will occasionally go inside a restaurant to order take out. I recently visited the lobby of this Wendy’s and it was so clean and neat. They even had fresh flowers as centerpieces on the tables. You can tell they take good care, even though the building isn’t recently renovated. The young girl who took my order looked at me in the eye, was efficient and kind, and provided great service. The manager could see I had a large order and offered a young male employee to help me carry everything out to my car. So kind! When we got home, everything in the order was correct. Provo! I just wanted to brag on this business since I don’t see this type of customer service at fast food restaurants in our area very often. Great job, Wendy’s!
