Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Got my dinner from there today and the chicken was not good at all. Very disappointed!!! Everything else was good but the chicken was tough,chewy and a little bit slimy. It was really disgusting and had to pay right at $15 for the meal. Zaxby's please do better than this. Won't be eating there again though.

Was completely ignored last night while trying to pick up an UberEats delivery order. Door locked and no answer at speaker. Employee had a friend pulled up to the window that they were chatting with. ( I don’t think they were waiting on an order..) Gave no notice to me waiting behind the car.

I don't know what it is about this place and their sauce. So many times I've come through, asked for extra sauce, double checked at the window and payed for the extra sauce, only to pull away, open the box and see not a single one. The food is not good, especially with nothing to dip it in. The fries are soggy and never seasoned, the meat is chewy and bland. I know they can do better overall because plenty of other Zaxbys are so much better. But this one has been a disappointment since the moment it opened...

Had two house salads and they were around 10$ each , we might have had 4 to 5 small pieces of chicken in the salad. Disappointed.

People were rude and the food was mediocre. I felt belittled.

In my experience at said establishment i experienced a 10 minute wait to even place the order. They initially came out to take orders in person but I was left waiting even though i was first. Then when the cashier for drive thru came to the speaker they had a nasty attitude and basically rushed my order. so if your reading this i hope you have a terrible week bc all i wanted was chicken?
