Had dinner here on a Sunday in mid March. The restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel that we stayed at. It was busy but they were able to give us a booth which was nice. I ordered the Franco's special which was a grilled chicken breast covered in cheese and my wife ordered the steak fajitas, both came with rice and beans. Stopped in for late breakfast on way back to Lubbock. Place was crowded but we were seated quickly thanks to fast turnaround on tables. Anicia our waitress was funny and efficient. Hubby had juevos rancheros with ham. Eggs perfectly over easy and a large slice of ham. I had perfectly crisp bacon and biscuits with gravy. A lot of good food for a reasonable price.

Franco's had been recommended by a local friend for Mexican fare. We opted to go for Sunday breakfast. Our waiter was awesome, I asked him for suggestions and he was dead on - my friend ordered the chiliquinas and I got the machacado, we each ordered a single pancake as well. It was ALL delicious!! Highly recommend!
