The timing at this location is a joke. I love Arby’s food; but I have never in my life experienced such sorry serving time in my restaurant experience. I can place an order online at 3:00 pm, get there at 3:30 and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order; nobody in the lobby and nobody in the drive threw. The wait times here alone are unacceptable. Plz do better.

The service at the Driveup window is usually awesome. Orders are correct, friendly and polite employees. I ordered Beef Gyro's and there French fries with a side of cheese sauce is my favorite.

To the lady making the food in the back, you were taking care of business. This place needs a manager, the one we saw walked away as soon as we walked up, only to be seen sitting in the corner in the back. The older lady with blonde hair. We waited 22min (online order, already paid). The gentleman tried but there was no timing, saw people's food sitting for 10min on the counter while they waited. Good effort on the cook and the cashier, you must have no shame manager. Check your cameras owner. My order was placed at 7:15 ready for pick up at 7:21, got the food at 7:42. Date was 9/08/25, manager walked off around 7:19.
