Cancelled order by company and refused to refund the charge.
No customer service and Manager Matt was useless and totally unhelpful.
Decision to ban company from my future purchases final.
No longer comfy food are experience..
Poor management and expect
Business will probably go bankrupt soon.
Nasty food, service and customer support.

I ordered campfire shrimp only came with 4 and 2 small little pieces of sausage we ordered before another couple or server told my wife they was out of the food she wanted but the other couple ordered the same thing and got it

Everything was fresh and hot. Service was great. I usually order tge country fried steak but hadn't in a while because It seemed Cracker Barrel started using a different one but im glad I did because or seamed like it was the old style I love.

Most of the time Cracker Barrel is an experience, you should eat when you want consistency in food and atmosphere. Even when you have to wait, there is so much for the eyes to take in, time often slips by before you know it.

During our return trip to Texas from a lovely getaway in Mobile, my mother and I stopped at this Cracker Barrel for breakfast. We were fortunate to be served by Cade, whose exceptional service truly stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed, all delivered with a welcoming smile. From our experience, Cade went above and beyond to provide top-tier customer care. Highly commendable!

i found a long piece of weave hair in my salad, didnt get my order right and everytime ive come here there has been some problem, seems the staff and managment is maybe a lil under paid or under experienced or both, sign of the times, i wont waste my money or time here again
