This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Hardee's restaurant the cashier and the manager were both rude then I'm trying to use my app code for my point and was rudely told they do do the app there but you can clearly see sign everywhere stating they do. Then I ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwiches 4 of them and they were not following procedure and making them the way they are supposed on the wrapper instead my sandwiches were set on the metal counter where they use cleaning supplies on the surface

Had a long piece of hair in my biscuit but I was traveling and couldn't go back. No one had on hair nets. I'll never eat there again.

I stop here at least once a week for biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are great, and the gravy is perfect, not too runny and not too thick. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The building is fairly old and in need of some TLC, and the drive-through speaker could use a larger cover to help deflect the heavy rain we get here.

Normally I do not fill out feedbacks, but i felt it was my duty to warn others. This is the worst experience I have ever witnessed. The only reason I gave this restaurant 1 star, is because I could not give it a negative 100 stars to the 100th gigawatt. I will never come back to this place. The cashier children were screaming in the dinning area. The cashier having to stop taking orders to attend the hollering and running around children. No napkins. The worst part is I received uncooked food. Including RAW chicken. Like out the refrigerator raw. Then they argued about who is on the grill? The fryer arguing back saying I don't cook raw chicken. And the mangers saying well the chicken is raw. 35 minutes after them going back and fourth I still didn't have a refund. Then they argued about who was going to give the refund. No one wanted to refund under their name. Finally one of the three Mangers stepped up and said just refund it. They have been extremely patient and they have been here too long time. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Used too be a good place to eat breakfast, The store leaves the biscuit under the lamp way to long. Hardee's in Grand Bay now there's a good biscuit.
