Had a really good experience here. Our family is traveling our of town for the holiday and stopped here for breakfast. The cashier, Solange, was great, service was quick and came with a smile, food was good. They served all 9 of us quickly and the order was accurate. Good job today.

Just walked in on an argument between the employees. They were shouting and screaming each other about somebody walking behind somebody and almost bumping into them. This is unacceptable to be doing in front of a guest please train your employees to actually act correctly when there's guests around If the manager was there for this, I hope that he gets fired I Have never walked into a restaurant before fast food or otherwise and had the employees arguing in front of me

It has been a long time since I've seen a team of employees in the fast food industry communicate so well! They were checking in with each other and updating customers on the status of each order all while remaining pleasant and positive attitude with busy crowds. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into an establishment and be greeted with smiling faces again! Whichever team was working in Moss Point, MS at 10:00am on 8.10.25, Thank You for making my morning!

We walked in and there was one lady ahead of us. She asked how long before lunch was served. The manager, Victor, said 15 mins but we can go ahead and cook it! He then took our breakfast order and it was absolutely perfect!! The food and service were top notch!! If you are in need of a good Hardee’s search no further than Miss Point, MS❤️
Do better!! This is our Frisco breakfast sandwich we just received. Bread isn't buttered & toasted, cheese isn't melted. We only ordered two items so it shouldn't of been hard to prepare them correctly. Not to mention we were the only ones in the drive-thru line. Do better!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Hardee's restaurant the cashier and the manager were both rude then I'm trying to use my app code for my point and was rudely told they do do the app there but you can clearly see sign everywhere stating they do. Then I ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwiches 4 of them and they were not following procedure and making them the way they are supposed on the wrapper instead my sandwiches were set on the metal counter where they use cleaning supplies on the surface
