I would give this place a minus 5 stars if possible. Waited an hour and a half for our food. Then it was cold and stale. The street tacos in tortilla shells would stand up on their own and the chicken looked like dried jerky. Both ends of our group got their food 1 hour plus before the ones in the middle. Horrible service, rude and horrible waitress service. The only reason I even tried to get down the artichoke dip was because I was starving. It was cold and chips were stale. Do not go here. Save yourself a trip!

The times to get waited on and served are always so long and they're consistently out of things on the menu. After this time of taking an hour to get food, bringing the appetizers with the main dishes, and the food being cold I just can't justify the price and time spent to go anymore.

My friend and I randomly stopped at this establishment before attending a wedding. We had 5 hours before the wedding started and we didn't eat breakfast or lunch. We were greeted at the door and sat at a booth immediately. Our server greeted us in a timely fashion. She was so kind and very pleasant to talk to. She went over the menu with us and helped us pick our burgers. She smiled the entire time and made us comfortable and special. We were in town because my friend daughter was getting married. I ordered a burger with Bleu cheese dressing add sautéed onion and my side was onion rings. My friend wanted a burger with 4 different cheeses on it. They honored both our request which made both of us happy. Our burgers were absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server with her kindness made the experience 10 times better. The ambiance of the restaurant was very laid back and all the servers were wearing pink for breat cancer awareness month. The vibe here seems very welcoming. I would definitely eat here again. I highly recommend.

Disappointed

There were 5 of us, and we arrived at 1:45. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but our waitress was extremely slow. It took about 10 minutes just to get our drink order. When she finally brought them, she asked if we were ready to order. We asked her to give us a few more minutes, but it was another 10–15 minutes before she came back—after chatting with another table for quite a while.

When we finally ordered, my wife specifically asked for no peppers on her quesadilla. Despite there only being a few other customers in the restaurant, our food took a long time to come out. While we were waiting, we noticed another customer came in, ordered, and received his food fairly quickly—and his waitress even sat down to eat with him—while ours kept saying our order “shouldn’t be much longer.”

After about 15 more minutes, our food arrived, and unfortunately, my wife’s quesadilla was loaded with peppers. The waitress offered to take it back, but at that point we didn’t want to wait any longer.

The food itself was decent, though not as good as it has been in the past. One odd note—the male kitchen worker was wearing what looked like very short shorts, which seemed unprofessional for a restaurant setting.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Food was amazing and the service was even better. Me and husband are definitely going to come back. Amber was amazing and made sure we got plenty refills on drinks and made sure that the kitchen knew about my dietary restriction. My sincerest compliments to Amber, the staff and all of the hardworking staff in the kitchen

Yall!!!! How this place is not packed out with a line out the door, I have no idea. This is the best food I have ever eaten at a restaurant! Our waitress Chloe was the sweetest and I Love the atmosphere! We just became regulars for sure. 1000% recommend huddle burger and the wings! If I could have had a wing in every sauce flavor I would have. You have to try this place!!!!
