This potato salad is a delicious Southern masterpiece — creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced. Family secret, is what I was told. Called back for more and they were sold out.

My first food truck experience in Moss Point and it did not let me down. The food was delicious. Customer service was great. There was ample parking but there was a car in each parking spot. There was additional parking in other area so parking was not an issue. When I tasted the food I understood why it was packed. I got the chicken and okra. I also got the fried fish. Everything was seasoned to perfection.

Also, the ordering process was better I expected.

After I placed my order, I was given a buzzer to let me know when my order was ready. This allowed me to get back in the car out of the heat. This was a welcome change from the usual standing outside until your name is called.
