don't understand why when we go to different cities the food tastes bad and the employees are tired as if they give it for free the service is bad there is a big difference between NY MOES and here the taste and service and this is the worst MOES food I've ever had. Please put professional employees in the kitchen

Located inside the gas station right off interstate 10, the food was fresh although a little bland. Line of about 4 people took 15 minutes for three inept workers to serve. Did not change gloves after handling register, a violation of food safety regulations. Wayyy heavy handed with the sour cream. After plastering the first taco with sour cream I asked for less. The server claimed “that’s just how it comes out” as if she’d never squeezed a bottle before. Get your sour cream on the side. Did not say “welcome to moes” which was fine.

I love moes but not this location. I eat here once a year so maybe I’m not the best judge but this is the seconds year in a row I was disappointed. At 6:45pm on a Friday night they were out of many things (onions, green peppers, corn pico and chicken were what I noticed). They were out of salt and pepper packets but an employee went out of his way to shake some salt on my chips. The medium salsa was out in the salsa bar. This location does not accept or collect rewards through the moes app. They do not take moes gift cards. It is nice that they put outlets in every booth so if you need to charge your phone you can.
Meat is gross. Heating it up in a warmer is nasty bring back the grills.

People here don’t know how to cook, guacamole was disgusting even after I took the guacamole off the plate I still got the bad taste (I paid for extra guacamole) and the chicken was half cooked ? didn’t want to get food poisoning so threw it away 1/10 waste of money
