Stopped at Moss Point while driving and decided to stop at Ruby Tuesday as it was the best option around. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the salad bar and other food. Our waiter, Chris, was excellent. He was the kind of waiter that you get in very expensive restaurants. He took our order by memorization and everything including change ups came to the table exactly right. He gave us an update on our food preparation during the salad portion and checked back with us at appropriate intervals after our food arrived. He did an awesome job job and made our dinner a very pleasant and enjoyable experience!

Service is always poor, when getting all you can eat shrimp, they will bring you five pieces then take 25 minutes before coming back to your table. Manager came to apologize, even after that they brought 5 pieces 15 minutes later. We have given them several chances. Service is bad every time. Standing at the door waiting for a hostess for 10 minutes when it wasn’t even busy, while seeing employees chatting with each other. Never going back.

Harvey nobody in there waited over an hour for my food and appetizer My order wasn't even right after all that time The hamburger didn't even taste good This is the second time I visit this particular Ruby Tuesday's and it's been a failure both times I will not go back

Let's start by saying I'm putting a 1 for service because they had one lady serving half the restraunt and need to hire more workers and the food we had a problem with our steaks coming out under cooked and 1 was over cooked and she made sure everything was being corrected

Just stopped to eat we were told about 30 minute wait we sat to wait to be seated another couple came in they were about to seat them I said mam we were told a 30 minute wait and the person had no idea so we left and went to cracker barrel very disappointed there was only 10 cars in the parking lot

Greeted by Mr.Eric and seated promptly. Had a party of 7. He quickly got a table together for us. He was very attentive and payed attention to detail. Very friendly atmosphere, not loud. Which is very important because my 10 year old is autistic. Food was amazing and service was 10/10.

I walked in and immediately notice the atmosphere and cleanliness. Was immediately greeted by the waiter Eric with a smile and a welcome. I was shown to a table, where I was taken care of in the most caring and welcoming way. Eric went above and beyond for not just myself but others that were there. He never stopped cleaning and going from table to table taking care of everyone in such a timely manor! This Ruby Tuesday was by far the BEST Ruby Tuesday in all my years of eating in a Ruby Tuesday. The food was awesome and service was 100% excellent!!!
Parking: I had no problems parking and had plenty to choose from.
Kid-friendliness: Very nice atmosphere and seating just right for the little ones.
Wheelchair accessibility: Was plenty of room and ease for the wheel chairs from parking lot to table.
