I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. After a 10 hour drive, I see the sign and think “Subway sounds good”. I walk in and the gentleman behind the counter says, “Do you have an online order?” I said No, and he says he’s not serving any walk in customers. He’s been there for X amount of hours, hasn’t had a break, etc. He apologizes and says I can blame management. I walked out. This young man needs to learn something about customer service. Turn out the lights and lock the door if you’re having issues, but don’t ever treat customers this way because you’re having a bad day. I’ll never be back to this location.

I received images from my Dasher showing roaches. I immediately instructed them to leave and canceled the order. This is completely unacceptable, and nothing is being done about it. People don’t even know this is happening and are still eating there—it’s disgusting. Close them down until they fix the infestation!!!

Terrible subs, ordered 6” cold cut combo supposed to have bologna, ham and salami, all turkey based, only had old bologna, hope I don’t get sick! 6” meatball was supposed to have provolone cheese only had sprinkle of Parmesan!😡

Went in to get a sandwich and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no one behind the counter. They were outside the whole time even though they seen customers coming in. I got one of the ladies names her name is Lashun from what I could see and I couldn’t tell what the other girls name tag said. Not to mention they had some of the worst attitudes I have EVER seen. It was absolutely ridiculous, anything that was asked of them which was bare minimum I received an eye roll in return. I have never wanted to get out of a public place so bad. I’m not one to complain, but it was absolutely ridiculous!! I went in July 28th 2025 around 6:30 pm. Food was okay but the bread was hard. Subway can honestly better their customer satisfaction by looking into new employees!

This is the worst Subway in America. ALWAYS understaffed, understocked, and takes forever. Employees typically sit outside and do nothing. The owner should be ashamed.

Haven't had subway since they stopped the Jared ads....whatever happened to that guy? He really is the embodiment of the American dream. Anyway- I haven't been to this location, but if the menu is still the same, you really can't beat a $5 footlong spicy Italian with the sweet onion sauce. That'll never change.

It does no good to order ahead. It is never ready and you end up getting in line anyway. The line is always backed up and they just generally have terrible service.
