I placed a mobile order only to find drive thru stacked at the menu with no one taking anyone's orders (no cars past menu) the lobby doors were locked, and nobody bothered to care enough for 25-30 minutes while I was stuck in line unable to do anything. There was absolutely no explanation either, which makes me assume they just wanted to be lazy.
Ordered on the app to go food never had such terrible customer service experience. Try to enter the lobby but an employee came out at 7pm Sunday 3/23 and told us they were closed. Try the drive thru to get some type of info on how to get a refund but instead found myself watching some beef going down and employees yelling at each other. A lady finally told my money will get refunded if they don't check in. Awful service. This franchise needs closed.

Went today at 2:00 p.m. The doors were locked. No staff maybe?
This place is ridiculous, and I felt like I was robbed. I was on my way out of town when I stopped to get dinner for me and my husband. The order was over 37 dollars, and I didn't receive my quesadilla. However, I was on the interstate when I realized it. I had to get off at Franklin creek exit to drive all the way back because they didn't answer the phone. When I get to the app, prompt greets me, but the employees choose not to, and then when I say HELLO, I get im sorry we are closed. I asked for the food that I had already paid for. I was informed that they were closed and wasn't cooking anything else,so I asked for my money back. I was informed that they were closed and wasn't doing that either. So much for customer service. They will not get any of my business ever again. I will be sure that anyone else I talk to is aware that they are thieves as well. I ordered at 11:33 pm It was 11:41 pm when I called them and 11:52 pm when I got back to the store. Which also add another 30 minutes to our travel time.

I must say this is gotta be one of the best Taco Bell‘s. We’ve visited all over the United States. They forgot one of our items and even walked out to the car before we even had a chance to go back through and say we forgotten that they were super friendlymade you feel like you were welcome at the establishment. Food was on point crunchy taco tostada, Cantina, chicken burrito and a burrito supreme.

Just spent $20 and the 2 5 layers burritos and the burrito supreme and taco supreme were just thrown in the bag and was barely wrapped. Also ordered cinnamon twists and there may be 4 in the bag!!! Worst service ever!!!! Please go somewhere where the fast food place appreciates their customers and have good customer service . This is the first bad review I’ve given in years

30 minute wait on beef?! This is a taco bell how in the hell is there a 30 minute wait on beef? Are you getting it delivered? Even if it's frozen it's ground. You really sound like a liar when you tell people it takes 30 minutes to cook some damn beef

I waited 29 minutes for 3 items. I watched a guy receive his order messed up twice. Someone else had his order of two bean burritos forgotten about. Someone from the drive through had to walk in because half her order was missing. From my 3 items I got a double decker that didn’t come with lettuce or cheese and a chalupa shell that was very cold and chewy. It’s going to be a while before I go to any Taco Bell after this experience.

I ordered food online, I showed up and picked up the food, it was sealed in a bag. I decided to open it in the car, it was short 2 items. I went back in and told them, they said they were out of those items. So I said you were knowingly short changing me . Check your food at this location. I'm never coming here again.

Ordered from there on my way home from work for me and the family. $15 worth of items were left out. I tried to contact the store and could never reach them. Made a complaint on the app as that's where I purchased it and asked to get called back. After a week of no call I stopped back by there and was told to be patient I would get a call. It's been a month and I still haven't gotten a call or anything to resolve it so instead I just lost my money.
