I don't usually give a bad review I just go on but today I am going to give a review because the customer service today was horrible this is not the first time I have visit this place and each time the food is I'll give it maybe a three because there is never any seasoning I have to always ask salt and pepper and if it's gravy it's always watery and it tastes watery also but the reason I'm telling this now is because the lady today that was serving me commented and ask me when was my baby due I can no longer have kids but just because you old and stuck in your ways does not make it okay that is not ever a conversation starter this is my third time coming and I have gave it a chance hoping that one day I will taste some salt and it would be better but yet instead this happened today I'm already struggling with my weight so I was very offended and then I asked for sweet tea and got Kool-Aid lemonade I think I'll start trying somewhere else I won't be back to this it's never what it's advertised to be on Facebook or anything and then she was trying to move so fast she was going to give the man behind me a plate because she forgot that I said I wanted her to go plate so she put it in a regular plate and left it there and said she was hoping that maybe he would want that so I guess she wouldn't have to throw it away which was all wrong... Thank you.
The food is amazing... I'm so loving the fair menu it gives me that good fair feelings.. Thanks Sheena and the crew we love y'all..

The Spot Buffet & Catering is my favorite seafood place on the coast. Their everyday food is good as well. It's big enough to eat and still be socially distant, or get food to go.

The only problem is the older lady that works there has no customer service at all!!!!She's always rude and snippy! Everyone else that works here is always kind courteous to their customers and the food is awesome but she alone is the reason for the low rating.
