Placed a mobile order at 5:15pm to be ready at 5:30pm (carry out). Walked in and waited 25+ minutes for my order. Dinner time on a Sunday and there were 2 people making food; one of which was also working the counter. I understand being understaffed, but there was 0 sense of urgency from anyone in the back. By the time I got my food, it was not hot.

Just went by to get breakfast, asked for jelly to go with my egg biscuit. Got pulled up we was the only ones in line. They didn’t give me my jelly that I asked for. I work for fast food, so I know what good service is. This one sucked big time. Can’t eat a dry ass egg biscui without jelly.

Stood at the counter to order for a good 5 minutes and we were never acknowledged. There was nobody else in line. I wonder why. We left and went to Arby's across the road.

Put pickles on my daughters burger and she went into anifuatic shock. Went back to talk with the manager and got nothing but grief. No apologie. She asked me why I didn't come back? Are you serious? Because I was following an ambulance to the emergency room while the were traking her to keep her alive
