Clean place. Fast service. Staff makes a better hamburger than a lot of other fast food places. I am picky on a hamburger . On a scale of 1-5, I would rate the hamburgers here a 3 which again is way better than other fast food places. Hamburger quality is usually not the staffs fault. It is the national chains who use suppliers of lower quality food which is common today at all fast food chains with some rare exceptions . The workers have no control over that . The Frosty shakes are terrific.

Came here Saturday and service was horrible. Line was backed up and my husband had to tell the window in the drive through our order three times, a coke and root beer for drink & sweet and sour sauce. Got to the window and she rung us up for two cokes and bbq sauce. Asked for sweet and sour and then said we would have to be charged for it… why argue when she doesn’t even listen? 🙃

Placed a mobile order at 5:15pm to be ready at 5:30pm (carry out). Walked in and waited 25+ minutes for my order. Dinner time on a Sunday and there were 2 people making food; one of which was also working the counter. I understand being understaffed, but there was 0 sense of urgency from anyone in the back. By the time I got my food, it was not hot.
Just went by to get breakfast, asked for jelly to go with my egg biscuit. Got pulled up we was the only ones in line. They didn’t give me my jelly that I asked for. I work for fast food, so I know what good service is. This one sucked big time. Can’t eat a dry ass egg biscui without jelly.
