Clean place. Fast service. Staff makes a better hamburger than a lot of other fast food places. I am picky on a hamburger . On a scale of 1-5, I would rate the hamburgers here a 3 which again is way better than other fast food places. Hamburger quality is usually not the staffs fault. It is the national chains who use suppliers of lower quality food which is common today at all fast food chains with some rare exceptions . The workers have no control over that . The Frosty shakes...
This Wendy's is okay. Looks like they have remodeled some. Hamburger was good. Prices have definitely gone up, but remember to use your app as there are discounts. Right now if your purchase is over $25 you get $5 off. Not bad. I gave it more points than the last time I stopped here as they have gotten better.
Drive-thru needs serious attention. No one ever smiles and never looks happy to be at work. Food was cold; ketchup packets were sticky. They can be better and will be with proper management.
