I went inside to order take out. The staff although not rude were not friendly either. I ordered a steak well done and when I got back to the hotel to eat the steak was almost inedible. It was cooked that the one side was black. They burnt it so bad it was actually turning into dust when you touch it.

We went there last night (2-14-25) for dinner and yes I knew it was going to be very crowded and busy but we haven't have Appleebee's in a long time so we thought we would go and have a nice dinner. Well, when we got there, there was a short wait for a table, which is understandable, but once we got seated, I swear they forgot about us. The hostess sat us at our table and we sat there for a good 15-20 minutes before someone finally recognized us and took our drink order....

I got the "large" bowl of the chicken basil soup... It tasted great... But had less than half a cup in it. Honestly... I've had a cup of soup with more at other restaurants. The main meal, the honey chicken Mac and cheese... The chicken was great... But there was more milk than cheese... Very runny and not much flavor.
